Jon talked me through the process, ordered the canopies, chain, and bulbs, and then re-wired them with clear, fixture cords. He was very careful about the crystals on the fixtures, my antique ceiling medallions, and his ladder on my hardwood floors and walls. He brought his own drop cloths, was very polite & quiet about working while I was on conference calls in the next room, and even brought his own wet wipes to clean fingerprints from the fixtures. Jeremy came out the first time and I requested him ever since. This young man is very professional, efficient, thorough, knowledgeable and respectful. I deemed ( Jeremy) to be very honest, plus, he explained what can be done and what can't. I have not had any problems with any of the work he has performed. Some products were expensive , but you get what you pay for. I felt comfortable with him in my home, he does not leave a mess and he leaves the option of calling him if something was to go wrong.
