Terrible service! While preparing for a party I decided to give this place a try because despite…read morespending a good chunk of my own time cleaning already I knew I could use the help. Spent over $200 and the house was still a mess when they left. Shelves weren't dusted, they did not move anything around on the ground when they were sweeping, mopping or vacuuming, left behind a lot of debris. Keep in mind, I had already gone through the house and pre cleaned myself, baseboards and all. I was looking for somebody to come in and finish up the fine details because I would be short on time. Specifically asked them to vacuum the couches and when I booked the service they said absolutely, not a problem. After they left it was clear they had not touched them at all. I was on site during the first half of the cleaning but had to leave for the second half, and they assured me that they would finish the job well and that it would be fine. Having used other cleaning services in the past, I did not feel uncomfortable leaving the house while they were still here but what a mistake! I had to have them come back and finish the job because I got back 20 minutes before they were supposed to be finished, and they were already gone yet charge me full price! I looked around and realized all of the spots they had missed, including the couches. The service sent the cleaning crew back, but I was out of the residence again. I had left my good vacuum cleaner out since I had been using it a few days prior and after they left I realized they they must have used my vacuum because the release button was now broken. Having just used it a couple of days before, I knew that it was working fine until this cleaning crew had come out. They did not clean the tops of the tables, there were little cobwebs and dust up on ceiling vents that I had assumed they would vacuum as well or clean out. Even the mopping they did in the kitchen was atrocious. There was still food on the floor under the table from breakfast! Absolutely would not recommend this company whatsoever, I am appalled at how horrible this was. What a waste of money! I've tried other cleaning services in the past but wanted to try to go with a smaller local business, won't use them ever again. Back to the tried-and-true services that are further out!

I wasn't feeling well that day, and was upstairs sleeping during the duration of her clean. It was my fault for not thoroughly inspecting what she did, but I tipped her almost half of the clean on the pure assumption that she DID do what I was looking for. It wasn't until much later in the day that I realized she didn't. I was happy to give her a chance, but I was upset bc I felt taken advantage of. I think she thought I was a sick, young homeowner who wouldn't know the difference. Unfortunately i was sick, but i was 37 at that time, and completely understood that it was a half hearted clean for $200 with a $75 tip.

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could and I don't think I've ever said that before. I'll start at…read morethe beginning. My service was tinted windows and windshield. Scheduling was so easy! You just go on their website and pick an available day and time. Mike will confirm in an email and you're good to go! If the day or time isn't available, it won't be on their calendar so there are no chances of overbooking. You will be their first priority for your appointment! I actually had a mixup and had to reschedule the day of! I got really lucky and was able to get in the next day, but Mike and his team were so cool about it! I get to my appointment and was greeted right away. He asked me some questions about what I wanted and told me it would take around an hour and I can wait inside. I went inside and, I don't know about you, but I was elated when they had "Friends" playing on their tv! It made the wait go by even faster. They were done before I knew it! This is what I appreciated the most: they wouldn't do my windshield because they found a tiny crack at the bottom and knew that if they went ahead and tinted it, the heat absorption would destroy my windshield. He gave me recommendations of companies that could easily fill the crack. It's so nice to know they care about the customer and not just the money! The windshield is an extra $100 and they sacrificed that for the sake of my car. So amazing! He also told me that when I get the crack filled, they'd squeeze me in to finish! I'm blown away. My car looks amazing and the service was awesome. I'll never go anywhere else to get my windows done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I also have a scratch on my dash that is 3 inches long. My car is brand new. The dash scratch is not repairable. The business will not pick up the phone. I would be cautious if expecting any warranty.
