Yes, Dog Soap! Cutest soap, animated packaging and a great price at $5 each. All smelled so good! Huge variety and something for everyone including soap for men, babies, etc. The stars surely aligned as I randomly won her door prize at the event (independent draw selection) which was a pie sized apple cobbler! Lesli is so much more than soap! I called her right away to thank her and what a pleasure it was to meet her. I promised myself that I would make a trip over to her shop at Allen/Meacham and I did just that today for some great purchases. I had never heard of this place! Her adorable shop near her property is its own entity and is open noon until 5 during the week. Incredible, all the products she makes. Even door wreaths! She is quite talented. And super friendly. Her shop was so clean, welcoming, cozy and smelled great. I cannot wait to go back for some more gifts! I love supporting local, small businesses!

This was my second time to come in today. Over all they have the products I need for my daughters…read morehair and I think pretty reasonable prices. However they don't put prices on a lot of the products and I don't like asking them how much this is, how much that is. Would be a lot easier to just see a price on the product. Also I noticed quite a bit of their products are very cheap made products. I got my daughter some barrettes for her hair for $1 and and I love the price however very very cheap product. I rather pay a little more but have a better product. But for $1 that's what ya get. I like how they are on the east side. I couldn't find any other store other than Sally's beauty supply on this side of town. Over all I think it's good.

So this place is a little hidden and very cute on the outside and inside, hence the name Urban Oasis!!!! was extremely friendly and did an awesome job with cutting my hair and keeping me engaged in a conversation as she worked her magic. The best part of the cut was the shampoo!!!! OMG, I could go there every morning just for the shampoo. She massage my scalp to the extent of me almost falling asleep... WOW!!!! Caitlin did and awesome job and for a guy's cut for $25 was about average what I pay on a normal basis at the barber shop.

I received a deep tissue massage from Karen…read more Its a bit odd to find as there are two parking areas and the front area seems as if the entire building is occupied by another business however if you go east on 19th Street from Oak Street there is a "back" parking area that is gated but open during business hours. There are double doors that will lead you into a cute atrium with the businesses surrounding it and the spa is on the left. My massage with Karen was amazing! She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I've never had a deep tissue massage but after a stressful school semester it was much needed! Karen listened and adjusted her pressure as needed and focused on the areas I requested. I also received a few extras like a facial mask and aromatherapy that really added to such a relaxing experience. For me the one thing that can make or break a massage is the way the therapist handles the sheet and my privacy and Karen did her very best to make sure the sheet was tucked in all the right places. I would absolutely recommend Karen if you are looking for a professional and relaxing spa experience! I will definitely be back after next semester!
