A super reputable lawyer. Very fair pricing. A stand-up guy…read more I was pulled over for a DUI in October 2013 and it was my first. Because of the bombardment of ads, I had no idea where to turn but Fagan Fagan and Davis was close and I went in. After speaking with Joe Fagan, he was confident and radiated years of experience along with the ability to tell it to me straight, optimistically under promise (does that make sense?) and absolutely over deliver. Going into the office, the building is unimpressive... but don't let it fool you. After speaking with Joe I realized that he is obviously in this to help good people in bad situations and because he loves it. One of the first things he asked me was what were my "must haves" and then what my "nice to haves" were. He then did everything he could to make it happen and absolutely exceeded my expectations exponentially. Nobody is an advocate for drunk driving. It is a bad situation all around. But all I can say is that in a bad situation... when I was at my life's darkest hour, Joe brought a torch and showed me the way back to the light. It was my first brush with the law. It will be my last, and Joe Fagan is the unsung hero who made a huge difference when others were saying I was essentially screwed. Worth every penny. The practice worked as a team... and Joe is a pleasant man with lots of great stories too. I can't more highly recommend him. :)

Avi was patient and carefully explained many details and possible outcomes which clearly demonstrated his knowledge and experience. He was personable on the phone as well as face to face. She took her time on the phone giving me so much helpful information BEFORE we ever met. She saved me a lot of time and money by sharing her expertise with me. It has been a very long difficult journey for me, but I have always felt obligated to "step up to the plate" to make sure these 2 men get through life with as much independence and dignity as possible. Their father, my mom's brother, was a truly special person. After he passed away, my elderly mother became their surrogate parent, but she was aging rapidly and I seemed to be the family member who really had to look out for them. Zisl is truly one of those rare individuals who have made this difficult task easier and it is appreciated more than I can say in this short space. I look forward to actually working with her more in the future as the needs arise. She is so smart and provides all the necessary details so wise thoughtful decisions are easily made.

Please Read HONEST Review:…read more Elizabeth gave me a call back, and her pricing was very affordable I will give her that. But her attitude was of upmost disgust. Honestly, no other way to describe her.... disgust. I was inquiring about a specific deed and she was pressuring me to do a quit claim. I mentioned to her more then once that this is not the type of deed I was looking into. Her entire tone was rude and belittling. She then decided to LIE and tell me Chicago doesn't do gift deeds. It wasn't until I mentioned that I spoke to multiple attorneys in Chicago that mentioned they do gift deeds, that she finally admitted that HER OFFICE only does quit claim deeds. Not only this but talking to her felt like I was a kid being yelled at by my parent. Her tone was unnaturally loud, unsettling, and rattled my energy. I even told her that I am just a possible customer asking questions (like anyone would) and if she could just calm her tone down with me.... She Did Not. She has a very loud pitch voice as if she's desperate for validation and business. I was immediately turned off by her entitled, I know it all, you know nothing, rudeness. Pros: cost efficient Cons: 1. rattling unsettling voice I mean gave me super anxiety to the point where I had to hang up (I'm not going to sit on the phone and take verbal abuse when I remained calm and kind) 2. Dishonest 3. Loud and definitely not a people person 4. Not a good listener 5. Very stressed out impatient energy. If she gave me this vibe over the phone imagine in person. It is clear why she only has 2 reviews. Even her photo looks very stressed as if she's forcing herself to smile. Bad Bad Vibe Steer clear of this one.

I reached out via Yelp and we communicated mostly through email. I was given web forms to pay via credit card for the deposit and final transaction. We did most of the will creation over email, I was sent a form to complete then scan, and email back. For the final will creation, I had to visit the office in person and sign, along with Erwin's team. In all, it was a pretty realistic transaction for the creation of a will.
