Drove 3 hrs to come here to visit my aunt who had a brain aneurysm back in November 2016. The facility is very plain and old. This particular visit, there was a serious flu outbreak and guests were advise to wear a mask and constant use of hand sanitizers. There isn't much to see. Most of the rooms seem to be set up for dual co-habitats. The rooms are definitely very out dated. When inquiring some informations, no one really had answers. This appointment was 2 years ago, and I just now have received a bill that I was told is going to collection if I don't pay it today. The receptionist I spoke with was very rude and unhelpful when trying to resolve this. In conclusion, go literally anywhere but here.

They gave him the break he needed, he could relax knowing that mother was in good hands. He could take a hour to himself and actually know that mom was safe. Mother enjoyed the caregivers. They became her friends and she too enjoyed spending time with them. Dementia is hard but working with Home Instead made it a little easier.

Had one family member years ago in Mobile, AL who had Saad's and had great nurses and aides so I can only deduce that the D'Iberville office must be run completely different and by someone else entirely. They made a name for themselves in Mobile, AL where the family that owns the company is from and it's sad to hear they let the way things are run here continue. I made my decision for home health based on how pleased the family member in Mobile had been so was shocked at the poor treatment I received by the nurse that was assigned to me and how I was treated when calling the office to express my dismay. I was told I'd have to endure that nurse or they would have to discharge me. I was shocked. I'm not a rude person and expressed my displeasure with the nurse I had in a completely calm and sensible manor. The woman I spoke to about it all at the office told me she was the director and boss so considering her behavior I can see how employees with the same attitude end up getting hired. Have run into a couple of the nice therapists I had through Saad's since my time as a patient who've quit working there and was told that the employees were treated just as badly as the experience I had as a patient. We noticed upon arriving they turned his AC off and taped closed before us even moving him out. Regardless if he was moving out, it's hot outside. To be a facility that is supposed to provide standard of care to ALL patients. Not cool. We ask one of the staff why his AC is off and instead of giving us an explanation they ask why we took the tape off? And then proceeded to turn it back on. I'll say this again, regardless of any patient situation, you provide the standard of care to your patients whose family has trusted you with their health and well being. Shame on y'all. Not worth the price to pay when you're really doing their job for them.

You Just sit back and she takes the image and can tell if it's a good xray. The staff is unbelievable, and very sociable. I personally love my nurse I have come every week. The physical therapist are great also , they give you the type of exercises that don't over do it. They are always close to you when you're walking in case of a problem comes up.

In Home Physical Therapy (PT) and Occupational Therapy (OT) Review…read more My guy's grandpa suffered small strokes over Christmas week that have hindered his balance... which in turn cause balance and motor issues. We're working with Marlene in PT and Anna in OT. Both are very reliable and will call or text in the morning to give us an estimated arrival time. They're willing to work around outpatient appointments, meal times, etc. Very helpful when Grandpa doesn't wake up until 10am! Both women do exercises with Grandpa, and Anna is particularly talented with ideas for aiding his impairments - handles in the door frames, PVC pipe railing along the bed, extended shower chair for the tub, adding raised bases to his recliners, rearranging furniture that gets in his way, etc. They will encourage you to watch their exercises so you can work on them with your loved one during the week. Definitely recommend this place for at home therapy!
