I had to request to speak with the manager on the phone, after an in-person purchase on a Friday, and she would not get on the phone but did give her input and I could hear her response. I went back there on Monday to resolve my issue and had to speak with the manager in person. That didn't start out well because she tried to deny what you said on Friday. I had to pose my issue to her 2-3 different ways and then she came up with a solution. The exact solution I'd requested in the beginning. It was very frustrating dealing with her. Again, not sure if it was intentional or if there was sort of comprehension deficiency. At any rate, I would never buy another thing from this place. I just hope my refund comes without any issues or additional phone calls.

I have had problems with at least 3 of my previous hoses disconnecting where the hose meets the mask multiple times every night even on new hoses and masks. I have to use duct tape to keep it from disconnecting. I tried to explain this to her but she fed me a bunch of bullshit about it being my old machine like I was some gullible idiot. She explained the features of the new mask so fast that it was hard to keep up but I didn't want to be treated like an idiot again so I kept up as best as I could and would just figure it out on my own. The staff I encountered when I arrived wasn't very friendly either. As far as I know, this is the only place in town for CPAP machines. You should avoid this place if at all possible!
