I cannot say enough good things about Tiffany, Milton, and L&M Automotive…read more I purchased my 2021 Chevy Traverse from another dealership here in Greenville, and within about a week of driving it off the lot, I began having warning lights come on, including an ongoing check engine light. Although L&M Automotive had absolutely nothing to do with creating these problems, Tiffany and Milton went above and beyond to help me navigate the repairs and figure out what was actually going on with my vehicle. What impressed me most was their honesty and the way they treated me throughout the entire process. I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, sell me something I didn't need, or inflate the cost of the repairs. In fact, considering the amount of work they performed on my Traverse, I know I could have easily been charged well over $1,000 somewhere else. Instead, they were extremely reasonable, worked within my budget, and genuinely tried to find solutions that made sense for me. I brought my vehicle to them more than once, and even when parts I had previously purchased did not solve the problem, they continued working with me. I eventually trusted them enough to have them order the parts themselves because I knew they were focused on getting the vehicle repaired correctly rather than simply making money off of me. Tiffany especially made me feel like more than just another customer. She worked with me almost as if I were family. She listened to my situation, considered what I could realistically afford, and treated me the way she would want someone to treat her or her own family. That meant a lot to me. Finding an automotive shop you can genuinely trust is not always easy. With L&M Automotive, I found people who were professional, transparent, fair, patient, and willing to go the extra mile--even when the original problem was not theirs to fix. If you are in the Greenville area and you are looking for a mechanic who will be honest with you, explain what is going on with your vehicle, work with you instead of against you, and genuinely care about getting the job done right, I highly recommend L&M Automotive. Tiffany and Milton, thank you both for everything you have done for me and for my Traverse. You have earned my trust and my business, and I will gladly recommend L&M Automotive to others.

It was easy to schedule an appointment online and choose the services I wanted, including a state inspection. Someone met me at my car when I arrived and checked me in. The inside is very clean, and includes nice bathrooms, a waiting area, WiFi, a snack bar, and an enclosed kids' room (bless you, Audi). I LOVE how the tech sends me a little video once work is completed, summarizing what they did (the DFW-area Audi dealerships did this too). Audi Greenville also has a shuttle that'll take you anywhere you want to go within, I think, a 2-mile radius (if memory serves). There's shopping and eating directly across the road from them, which is nice if you expect your car to be in for several hours. All work was completed as expected on my car. The wait was a bit longer than I would've expected for just an oil change and state inspection, but I wasn't in a hurry to get anywhere else. I wish they were a bit closer, but that's okay -- I'll be back.
