Mom has a lot of health issues that the well trained staff stays on top of her health issues and she hasn't had to go to the hospital in almost a year. I recommend anyone who is struggling with care options to call Ultimate Care, as they have three locations in Spring.

I was in a difficult spot and really looked to them to help me during this time. My oldest kids took videos of this nanny berating them and I witnessed the nanny leaving my youngest child (4 years old) unattended for long stretches of time (hours). When I confronted the agency about the poor placement and asked for them to fix it, they refused. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY and would avoid using the agency at all costs. Update: The response from the agency below is disingenuous. If they actually cared they would rectify the situation. Your nanny verbally abused my children and created an unsafe environment... of course I'm going to be upset when I call you and you refuse to help. This is a personal service you provide and your response shows a complete lack of empathy and understanding... you are treating it the same way I would expect an airline. Terrible agency and people.

You are charging $6000 after we paid the initial fee for a nanny you "vetted" from care.com. That's the summary. Yes there is an outstanding balance. And there will be an outstanding balance. The nanny didn't even make $1000. Why am I paying you $6000? "Superior" service is comical. Despite the money issue. She was late 3 of the 5 days she came and couldn't even feed him properly. I have left reviews on 2 platforms. Here and on Facebook. If you are reading this and want to pay them $6000 to "vet" someone from care.com more power to you. I don't and I won't. my husband and I agreed and paid the initial fee THEN she sent an email with an invoice for $6000 on the 7th. You can create invoices all day. I implore you to read her review (where she snuck in 5 more fake stars) and mine. It supports everything I am saying. UPDATE 2.0: since Nikita is obsessed with talking to me :) -- I'll address her newest questions. Why didn't I complain in Dec? -- WE COMPLAINED TO YOU!! (not yelp) AND SOME MAN CALLED THREATENING TO SUE US IN DEC. Stop with your lies. I fired the nanny after 5 days. Clearly I wasn't happy with who you provided. I respect business owners so I just counted it as a loss and was prepared to move on in a different direction without coming to yelp. HOWEVER when you tried charging me $6000, when the nanny only made $560. Now there's a problem. You are 100% correct. You are not going to charge me $6000 Randomly and secondly for a service you did not provide. You said you had a Rolodex of nannies. That's a lie. You found her a week before she started with us and you did not interview her like your site says. You did not drug test her like you said you would. You did not even MEET her. Via zoom or in person. You didn't even request ANY of her references. Also we were not notified of a $6000 fee! So again, if people want to pay you $6000 to read a profile on care.com I'm happy for them. I however will not pay you to do that. I am a busy mom of 2, running a LEGIT business and my husband is busy on tour. I didn't have time for yelp until you tried to intimidate us with your hourly paid lawyer. Now I have time to warn others about the lack of service, hidden fees and bologna "vetting" process. Insufficient funds: you keep saying that like I should care. Lol yes, we used a card we pay bills with, not a bank card or any of our AmEx's. Thank god for that wisdom! You almost got us. :) clearly from the photos YOU posted we have been confused about the $6000 from the moment you tried charging our card unauthorized. I have asked plenty of times for you to explain how you arrived at $6000 and I'll GLADLY pay it. One employee said it's a percentage of the nannies salary. Ok, well she made $560.00. -- so what percentage are you all calculating? So yes Kiki, I am very mad. Yes, the nanny you "vetted" was poor quality. And no I haven't paid and will not pay you $6000. My review is 100% real. This has been my experience. When we get back to our Houston property I'll gladly meet you in court. I'll wait for your next update obsessed lady. This place is a S C A M! We solicited their service for a nanny. They said they had a rolodex of overly qualified candidates. We paid the fee for the trial period. The nanny they connected us with said they found her on care.com -- that was disheartening because we could have done that for free. But we still decided to let her finish the trial period. She was late 3x within that first and ONLY week she worked for us. We were not going to extend her employment past the first week. -- however on day four of her working for us, this scam of a company tried charging our card for $6000.00! When we inquired why, they said we owe them a percentage of her salary. She only worked one week! And was late 3 of the days. Save yourself the headache and find a legit provider. JUST GO TO CARE.COM like they did, and get rid of the middleman aka scammer! She still has not explained what the $6000 was for. So no you will not get it until you can successfully do that. We paid the fee requested. The end. Her story keeps changing depending on the platform. On Facebook she claimed I wasn't even a client. Now she knows who I am and my husband is on yelp (see photo below of her amnesia on facebook) When called out she threatens to take legal action She even threatened the nanny she placed in our home. She said she would sue her if she continued to work for us. WE will not be bullied with your threats and harassing phone calls, visits (yes, all on my property) and emails. I have NO problem going to court for this matter. Let's be clear. I have stated 100 times you attempted to charge my card $6000 AFTER we paid the fee. So I'm sure there is an outstanding balancing because until you can explain to me what the $6000 is for, it's going to remain outstanding.
