My oldest kids took videos of this nanny berating them and I witnessed the nanny leaving my youngest child (4 years old) unattended for long stretches of time (hours). When I confronted the agency about the poor placement and asked for them to fix it, they refused. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY and would avoid using the agency at all costs. Update: The response from the agency below is disingenuous. If they actually cared they would rectify the situation. Your nanny verbally abused my children and created an unsafe environment... of course I'm going to be upset when I call you and you refuse to help. The nanny didn't even make $1000. Why am I paying you $6000? "Superior" service is comical. Despite the money issue. She was late 3 of the 5 days she came and couldn't even feed him properly. I have left reviews on 2 platforms. Here and on Facebook. If you are reading this and want to pay them $6000 to "vet" someone from care.com more power to you. I don't and I won't. my husband and I agreed and paid the initial fee THEN she sent an email with an invoice for $6000 on the 7th. You can create invoices all day. The nanny they connected us with said they found her on care.com -- that was disheartening because we could have done that for free. But we still decided to let her finish the trial period. She was late 3x within that first and ONLY week she worked for us. We were not going to extend her employment past the first week. -- however on day four of her working for us, this scam of a company tried charging our card for $6000.00! When we inquired why, they said we owe them a percentage of her salary. She only worked one week! And was late 3 of the days. Save yourself the headache and find a legit provider. JUST GO TO CARE.COM like they did, and get rid of the middleman aka scammer! She still has not explained what the $6000 was for. So no you will not get it until you can successfully do that. We paid the fee requested. The end. Her story keeps changing depending on the platform. On Facebook she claimed I wasn't even a client. Now she knows who I am and my husband is on yelp (see photo below of her amnesia on facebook) When called out she threatens to take legal action She even threatened the nanny she placed in our home. She said she would sue her if she continued to work for us. WE will not be bullied with your threats and harassing phone calls, visits (yes, all on my property) and emails. I have NO problem going to court for this matter. Let's be clear. I have stated 100 times you attempted to charge my card $6000 AFTER we paid the fee. So I'm sure there is an outstanding balancing because until you can explain to me what the $6000 is for, it's going to remain outstanding.
