They repeatedly refused to cover important medications and procedures that I genuinely needed, even after my doctors and specialists submitted appeals explaining that the treatments were medically necessary. Because of the delays and denials, my health has declined, which has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. No one should have to fight this hard to get basic medical care. In many cases, it was actually cheaper to pay out of pocket than to use the insurance at all. I would not recommend MotivHealth to anyone looking for dependable health coverage.
