They only recently obtained a portal & it seemed to be very overwhelming for personnel. 1 month later & I am still unable to get on the app. I advised a mth ago exactly what the issue was but was spoken to by office staff multiple times in an unprofessional manner & dismissed. My concerns are not with the physician but with the entirety of the support staff. The communication difficulties are a serious issue. It is my understanding the office at multiple sites is run by the same individual. Unprofessional. Insufficient.

She was going to order a MRI which she did. I asked for it to go to a different facility due to that facility being closer and cheaper for my insurance. Sutter still called to schedule. Phoned the doctors office and she absolutely refuses to send it anywhere else. So against ethics. The patient has a right to choose what facility to go to. Guess it's back to my primary for a new referral to a neurologist. Waste of time and money.
