She was very abusive with a negative tone as she violated fair housing laws refuse to rent to certain protected classes. She told me that she was not working at Millstone last year as using her name Tina on a recorded line. She hangs up the phone on me. Ms Oser pretended to be another person on the phone but all this time it was Carol Oser who was promoted on November 21 2024 from the Assistant Manager to the property manager at Millstone properties. She needs to be investigated.

They are draining our money into an inhabitable unit with no hot water or heat and never offered any compensation for high bills or loss of use of apt. I feel like they just wanted to get us into this unit regardless of the condition. Our water bill due to leak & electric due to then placing industrial fans, gas due to having to use fireplace & stove more for heat. Can't wash clothes, dishes, or shower.

We love the security, the parking garage, the elevators...these were things that were important to us. But there's more. The apts are wonderful. You have in unit washer & dryer, stainless steel appliances, quick response to any maintenance issues, or other issues brought to the attention of the staff. There is 4 great restaurants right outside our doors along with nail and hair salons and dry cleaners. The location is great. And soon to get better as MD is in the process of creating an entrance/exit onto I-270 from Watkins Mill Rd. We'll be able to avoid Frederick Ave and Montgomery Village Ave. traffic. I would highly recommend Majestic as a place to live. Many other great amenities and activities are offered. It's a 4.5 to 5 star rating in my book!

I went on a tour and although the surrounding area offers a lot in terms of restaurants and…read moreshopping needs, I felt the 1 bedroom I toured was too small for the amount of rent, I'm not a fan of off white carpeting, not enough closet space, the apartments looked like they were built on a parking lot. My view in the morning of the particular unit that would be available was just that- overlooking the parking lot. It also appeared that there was a lack of diversity in both culture and ages. But that could had been the timing of my tour. On the plus side, they do offer community events for tenants to mingle. That I thought was a big plus. And the large windows in the living room were appealing. But I decided , I needed something larger and more eye appealing with a diversity of tenants of all ages and backgrounds.
