This is the flagship store which is obvious. The staff were so incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, informative, made suggestion(which were dead on perfect), gave a club house tour, and were talkative. I felt at home there and it was a very calm classy vibe so we ended up buying more cigars, a lighter, and lounging. If you follow me I've been to every cigar bar in Pittsburgh and about 10 in NYC. It would be nice if they had better ventilation as I would consider staying and enjoying a smoke.
