Hey, no one WANTS to have to be in a position to need their services but the staff is really cool…read moreand if you have to spend 2 hours somewhere at least they try and make it enjoyable. it's actually been pretty informative too...

This isn't a perspective of a patient here. I went to an interview to intern for a position here…read more I'm passionate about the field and helping others. I met with a male employee, the interview seemed to be going well. I'm a 24 year old, female college student. He said I met the requirements to intern here, and that he felt I would be a good fit. He then said he had to check with another female employee. She came into the interview. Before even asking me any questions, she brought up my boundaries and how I would react if a patient were to try to get to know me on a deeper level. I felt like she was judging my inability to work there based on my looks and not my talent. The male employee said I think she'd be a great fit, the woman said no I think we need to talk about it first. Leaving the interview I felt I didn't get the position because of the way that I looked and not judged off how valuable I could be there. I then got an email right away from the male employee saying I'm not the right fit. I replied asking what had gone wrong? I said it would be helpful for me moving forward to know why I wasn't chosen for this position. I also mentioned that as soon as the woman entered the room the interview seemed to have shifted. He never replied. I tried following up, he again did not rely. I see them around town together a lot and I get really uncomfortable. I felt like this opportunity wasn't given to me because of unfair reasons and it seems like a lame excuse to hold me back from pursuing what I want to make a career of.

BEWARE!!!! i was charged a no show fee after being sent both…read morein person and telehealth appointment information. I scheduled the appointment a month prior, however i was certain it was in person as i requested an inital in-person visit. The check-in text came and i filled it out thinking nothing, then the night before i got another check-in text that specifically said it was in-person so i called at 8am the day of appointment (appointment was 10:30am) to verify if the appointment was in person or telehealth and was told they sent a message to the office as the office doesnt open until 8am (phone call was at 7:56am). Did not recieve contact until 10:40am where i was sent a zoom link and then called by office. Was then charged $175 for no call no show'ing my appointment. When i called to clarify, they denied any records of me calling UNTIL i filed a complaint with the BBB and they refunded me. Trash business.

If you have ANY other option, take it:…read more My therapist referred me to this location as one that took my insurance and had availability to be treated for severe depression and adhd. In my first session, my psychiatrist told me that "talking to me was like pulling teeth". I reminded her of the severe depression for which I was seeking treatment. Appointments are rare and hard to come by, usually 6-8 weeks out. Twice they cancelled my appt the day before, leaving me on experimental meds with no check in for 3 months. At one point, they called me to confirm cancellation of service that I did not request. Turns out they confused me for a patient of a similar name, and seem to have mixed up our files. After expressing some frustration with my caregiver about the difficulty of getting ADHD meds, and having messages lost in the mindful health solutions communication portal, she said "You know every time we meet you have a compaint? Maybe we can do without that." Don't go to them if you intend to advocate for yourself or expect good service. On our last and 6th meeting, she asks me "Ok and tell me about the adhd medication. I reply "As I have mentioned in each prior session, I don't like the side effects - " at which point she cuts me off to tell me she sees 300 patients a month and my attitude is unhelpful and to drop the "as I have mentioned." She also accused me of being lazy when I coudn't navigate their portal system to review her responses to my texts. I get that healthcare in America is in a crisis generally, and that coverage is abysmal and service is unavailable and so there's no incentive to improve service... but it HAS to be better than this. If you have ANY other option (I don't) go anywhere else.
