Two points of interest here for my review…read more.. 1. They did a good job of rebuilding/updating my joomla website! 2. Not even a year later when I noticed the 'contact us' function was not working I contacted them to resolve and the told me "Sorry, you are having trouble getting your form submission emails. Please sign up for one of our free training webinars for all our previous clients here or look at our online tutorials...At this time we are not taking on any freelance work". What? you built my website and it was working but now a piece is broken and I'm on my own to try to figure out? So they get two stars for doing a good job initially and I have recommended them to friends and clients but zero stars for leaving me hanging! Can't confidently recommend them to people I know now. If you ONLY need your website updated/refreshed you might consider them but if you want long term service I wouldn't count on it.

It's got all the makings of an incompetent business. Poor management starting at the top? Check. Very little care for customers? Check. Inefficiency that leads to poor products and excessive delivery time? Check. Check. This place truly sucks. Over the course of my order I called the business approximately 5 times for every answered call. The order also took forever. Other companies in town have gotten similar orders done in half the time. Management literally laughed at me when I gave them a ten day lead time! Is that the way to treat a customer? Absolutely not, I'm used to a country where the customer gets what they want. Their prices are also high for what you get. Stay away at all costs, there are many other small businesses that have better service, better quality, and better prices. Bear cotton, hole in the roof, and screentex are some of the good ones in town. W Promotions, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.

Thanks to the spammy and irrelevant links, my website got penalized couple of years later. It was pure coincidence that I met Vishal in an SEO Forum and struck an acquaintance over our shared enthusiasm for local search. I later hired his team to recover and rank my website and he didn't disappoint. Within just a year and a half, Vishal cleaned up my website and got it ranking back among the biggies. I am really happy with how this turned out. Vishal also worked on a website I recently launched and it only took his team around 125 days to get it to rank on the first page. I'd definitely recommend this company. They offer great support and are extremely transparent with their techniques and reporting.
