I know this because I got in touch with all of them trying to get my lights fixed. Feel free to message me for proof! Chris installed two different sets of lights the wrong way on my house which left a row not working, left the wires sticking out everywhere, didn't miter the corners, left garbage all over including in my gutters, and promised multiple times he would come back to fix all of it. I reached out hundreds of times just like others noted in their reviews. He pretended his phone system was down and then literally told me to sue him. He's as grimey as they come - perfect name for his business. BEWARE - DONT DO BUSINESS WITH CHRIS!

Now I get another call, "your loveseat is damaged beyond repair so we will have to make another one and it will be 6 to 8 weeks" "we can give you $150 off for the inconvenience". I will never purchase anything from Raymour & Flanigan again and I will tell anyone I possibly can to do the same. We spend 2500 on this couch. It was our first nice piece of furniture we were getting as a new family and they have made this a horrible experience.
