Well, that is what I did, and based on customers' reviews I decided to take a chance with Pioneer Plumbing & HVAC. Well, hats off to the customers, because based on your comments, I called Pioneer Plumbing & HVAC, and left my name/number and a brief description of my concern and what needed to be done. Was called back shortly after and received SAME DAY service. He (Ryan) was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and honest! Great price too. As a senior citizen, you have to be careful of what you spend. I don't mind spending what it takes to get a problem done, but it sure can hurt if you spend and the problem is still there. But with Pioneer Plumbing & HVAC all was worth it in other words they did an excellent job beyond price!

Appolo installed new furnace and central a/c unit in my home…read more At the time of the installation, the overflow preventer in the a/c unit was stuck, resulting in flooding my carpeted basement. The initial repair person who came to see what caused the flood was the one who told me that the overflow preventer install caused the flood yet Appolo refused to reimburse me for the insurance deductible. Two years later another (different) company came for routine maintenance and showed me that the original ductwork was poorly designed because there is a rule that there should be 24 inches between secondary ducts and the end of each main line; it is clear on most online descriptions that this is ideal for maximum air flow through the system. When Appoly did the original install I had them come back because the air flow felt insufficient and they told me it was by design because the goal is to run the unit for a long time at a lower air flow for consistent temperature!!

We recently hired Isaac's for ~$27K worth of work involving a new furnace, new water heating system…read moreand new water lines. The project was scheduled shortly after the agreement was made. The old equipment was removed. There was a small leak resulting from the pressure relief. During the project scope, it was overlooked that the pressure difference of the incoming water needed to be controlled. This resulted is a couple of service calls and the cost of an additional valve. Some of this cost was covered by the service plan. There was some difficulty in getting one of the service calls within the agreed 24 hrs but, in the end, Isaac's honored that agreement. Since then there have been no issues. I appreciated the friendliness and expertise of everyone who worked on the equipment. This all occurred while dealing with two deaths in our family making the situation complicated but I didn't have to worry about the work. I would use Isaac's for future work.

I provided all my contact information and they still included the former owner on appointment reminders. In the fall when they service my furnace they never recorded the service date on the furnace, they did not reseal the hole they used to check for carbon monoxide in the duct work, and they did not properly latch the furnace cover. The quality and value of their work is poor. This month, to make an appointment to have my A/C unit serviced they would only give a 5 hour window (12:00-5:00pm) and then they called the day before (I was at work) to try and come out. This morning, two hours before my scheduled 5-hour window, they called and said they were on their way. I called the office around 10:20am and voiced concern as I was doing other things and wasn't planning on them being here. The representative confirmed the technician was on their way, so I waited at home, and they never showed up. I called the office at 12:48pm and another representative answered and said if the technician didn't get an answer when they called this morning, they moved on. However, the technician left a message that he was on his way to my house and the first representative confirmed that he in fact was on his way. The second representative apologized and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said no, I want them to come today as scheduled, but I will no longer use this business. They also did t vacuum put dryer vent as scheduled. Their quality has continued to decline since the original owners sold the business. I'll be using a local and reputable family owned business from this point forward.

Dan was very knowledgeable and professional - helping to explain what needed to be done. The work cost a bit more than I was hoping but was well worth it for the service and professionalism. I combed through other reviews of other services in the area and found many complaints on timeliness, quality of work, and follow through. (No reply). Contractor called and HE TOLD THEM TO TELL ME TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE! (No explanation). Another Plumbing Contractor did the job and more for a little over 5 grand. MORRISONS! LOSERS AND UNRELIABLE! Probably Shady work also. If I could make it no stars, I would.

After they were paid they never came back to complete the job. They took the money and ran. Now 3 years later, we have a leaky roof (10 year warranty on receipt) and we have tried contacting Sindoni's several times ending in him being snide and telling us to "take him to court". So we called Morrisons and at first was responsive but after telling us they would send someone over and never did, they are now all ignoring our calls. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Both Sindoni's Contracing and Morrison's!!!! DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
