When I come in for my appointment, there is only one girl available with a couple of years of experience. The way she was answering my questing as if I was asking about weather, the answers were very uncertain. Who would let anyone with so little experience inject their face? Needless to say, I just left. What a waste of my day! When I confronted their staff about their misleading practices, they just kept denying everything and turned the story as if they denied the service to me. Wow. Not only are they misleading, they're straight up liars. This is as shady as it gets. REPLY TO THE OWNER'S COMMENT: Looks like your strategy is an attack to defend yourself... There was no erratic behavior, and no one asked me to leave. I was in disbelief by the incompetency of the staff and left because of that. I was clearly misinformed prior to my appointment that the MD will be on site, and he wasn't. I was also told that the staff has over 15 years of experience, but the girl who was going to inject my face has a couple of years of experience. You continue lying and misrepresenting the facts.

After adjusting to a much lower-dose protocol on my own, I was able to maintain similar results while feeling significantly better. Once I no longer followed the higher-dose approach they originally pushed, the experience became increasingly frustrating. Most recently, I was told one thing regarding my refill and what would be provided, only to receive something different after everything had already been processed. When I called to address the issue, the response I received was dismissive and showed no concern whatsoever for a long-term client. At that point, it became clear to me that patient care and communication were no longer the priority. I'm sharing this experience so others know to ask detailed questions upfront about protocols, refill policies, and exactly what is being provided before moving forward.
