Always one of the greatest automotive shows in the world. This year kinda wasn't as great as the Off Road Section was pretty much closed off and only had displays. Other than that it was good to meet vendor, look at new builds and hang out. See you next year SEMA!

Had a great time this year at SEMA 2022. It's nice to see it getting back to being full. The whole place was packed daily. I spent lots of time in each part of the convention center ( South, North, East, and West). Lots of car stuff from custom cars and truck, to all the accessories you can think of. Tires, Rims, audio, 4x4, everything auto is covered throughout all the convention for 4 days and it's packed. I enjoyed my time and took lots of pictures which you will find some of them in my post. Also in the North hall they have a good food section with the only Starbucks in the area. Plus if you have an Amex Platinum card you get access to the Centurion lounge in the Convention to relax and get something to drink with some snacks.

The SEMA Show is where the best of the best go to showcase their automotive aftermarket products and beautiful cars! The show is so large that I was unable to explore the whole thing in the few days I attended. Highly recommended for anyone who is able to have the opportunity to attend.

SEMA a wonder of classic cars, new cars, auto parts and accessories. Everything is from all over the planet and it's here at SEMA. Usually the highlight for me are the customized cars who make up the SEMA Ignite. Every year I attend I make sure to search for the cars who have been awarded the Ridler Award. One cannot comprehend the magnitude of the SEMA show. Sure, flip to that channel and watch the shows. They really don't do SEMA justice. Every year it expands even more! Listen, I stated two years ago that it should be a week long. I've been to car shows my entire life. Yes, indeed- as an infant my parents pushed me around Macungie, Hershey and many others in a stroller. Yes, I have pictures to prove that:). Hence, my love of SEMA started in the 70's. That and I'm the proud owner of a '63 Covair Spyder. Security is always great, maps and workers assisting you in navigating around this massive wonder. Ford always has some interactive area. This year- LEGOS. Oh and Chevy, yes I have the anniversary car. I can't help but wonder, what is being conjured up for Ignite for 2018. Some great minds are working at this very moment...

This is the biggest show I've ever been too auto show or otherwise. It seems impossible to see everything. I was able to go because my dad qualified for the ultimate street car. The only way you can go is if you're in the auto industry. I was impressed at all the amazing cars you see at the show. New cars, old cars, replica cars of hot wheels cars. They had professional drifters giving people rides in a 3 wheel car made by Polaris. I would definitely recommend someone to experience if they get the chance especially if you're a car enthusiast. It's the biggest and best there is.

I have been attending SEMA for several years and its always enjoyable. The SEMA Show is the premier automotive specialty products trade event in the world. It brings everyone in the automotive business into one place. See the newest trends in automotive care and styling. Wear good shoes and be prepared to walk, this place is huge.

SEMA The Big Show!!! Full of awesome builds, fast cars, big trucks, new fads, and futuristic vehicles. SEMA 2017 was a great time, row after row, hall after hall, of top notch industry leading ideas and concepts. Bring your walking shoes, I recorded 17 miles of walking on day 1. Day 2 was filled with more and more great vehicles. Only reason I knocked a star off, is because of the chaos that is navigating this place. The food and drinks are hidden off on the edges and at the outside events. Getting back to a food court is a task. Another annoying thing is the giant lines to search bags when entering every hall (how about we check everyone ONCE when they first come in and not allow so many outsiders around the event). The checks aren't really catching anything as the workers are just going through the motions. Day 3 got to be redundant so we only stayed half the day and hit the strip up. Next year I'm just going day 1 and the final day.....then hitting the after parties. The West Coast Customs after party was very nice this year.

Two vehicles that look like armored trucks but just for looks. Would be better if they were real armor. Still 200,000 for the Chinese market
    Sonny B.

Great show lots of cars and products if you are a enthusiast. I found a couple of armored looking trucks that were interesting and tons of lifted trucks. This was a plus because I happened to be in the market for a new truck which made it more interesting. The Show was great however the parking situation was terrible, I ended up paying $30 for parking, The traffic took one hour to get to the show and the staff was not very informed about the layout of the show and could never help with directions. But the show was great which was the point,

Largest trade show in the US I believe. I'm not big on cars and I had a blast here. Absolutely worth it. Super crowded but really amazing talent all around. Go, it's worth it!

A…read morefestival that started out very unorganized and haphazard has become a regular fixture on my monthly calendar. I still am not sure how they decide which Saturday they are going to do this event. I've been the day after First Friday and I've been in the middle of the month. Part of the reason this gets 5 stars from me is that I live at The Ogden, so I literally walk down stairs from my place and BAM! Food Truck heaven. plus I like the addition of the local vendors selling their hand crafted wares. I'm not gonna buy most of it because its just not my style, but I'm all about small local vendors getting their shot. There's always a few regulars and a few change-ups each month. You can almost always count on Slidin Thru and Grouchy John's but the rest vary from month to month. And it's always a good mix of people in attendance. It's an all ages event so it usually draws that same crowd you see at First Friday, & it's FREE to get in so if you are in the area there is definitely no good reason to not check it out. My one main complaint is that there's around 4 or 5 tables total for the event. Therefore, there is always that awkward time after buying the food of walking around trying to find some place to post up and eat. For an event with as many attendees as this tends to get, and as much extra room as they have in the parking lot, whoever is in charge needs to get on this. It's a tiny little omission that would make a huge difference in the quality of the event.

I HIGHLY SUGGEST going general admission for this one. Also as a side note don't purchase your tickets in advance like I did. It is better to pay a few dollars more and decide you don't want to walk around a festival in 100F heat. I went VIP and now am sorry I did. First of all this is the most unorganized food festival that I have ever been too. We had to stand in line to get wrist bands. Then as soon as we got wrist band we had to stand in another line to wait to get in. Then we had to stand in yet ANOTHER line to get our VIP food tickets. Also on the way to stand in the Food Ticket line there were countless trip hazards. (the most I have ever seen anywhere!) THE PROBLEM WITH VIP IS THAT IT LIMITS YOU TO ONLY CERTAIN VENDERS. YOU ALSO NEED A CELL PHONE to bring up a map of the event and it also lets you know what VIP Venders that you can try. You also need to GRAB A SEAT FAST because covered seating is very limited and fills up FAST. Then I hope you are OK with LOUD Music. The music they play is uncomfortably LOUD. Another problem with VIP is that YOU DON'T GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH. After three plates I was full and didn't want anymore food. We just wanted to leave. That said and ANYWAYS - The food I tried was good. I wish plates were smaller so I could have stomach room to try more things. I think what I enjoyed most was that my husband figured out the locations of certain food trucks and brought back the foods to our seats. I also enjoyed watching a young man (like 15 or 16 years old) air drumming and be-bopping to an extended version of Rod Steward's Do You Think I'm Sexy. I wonder if he knew that was a fifty year old song? Then Abba's Dancing Queen filled the air and he went cold. That was entertaining. Got lucky and had a close parking spot. Good Luck!

The parade attracts all types from Burning Man veterans to curious tourists to sweet transvestites to families... yes, all types are welcome and all types march proudly! Of course, if you prefer spectating, that's an option too. There is plenty to look at. This year one of my favorites was an illuminated fishing boat and hooked fish.
