I wasn't lured by the crepes on the menu; it was the 'moules' in a cider broth that got me. The…read moremussels were smaller, extremely flavorful things. There were at least 50 mussels to the order (for a mere 11 euros). Being an authentic Brittany restaurant (who cares about the fact that we weren't actually in Brittany), we opted for cider. Definite flavors of apple but with the slight bitterness of beer - we know that we have to seek this type of stuff out when we get back to San Francisco.
And calvados wasn't a bad way to end the meal.
So quaint and cozy...what wasn't to love?
