(On their quote site it has a box to indicate if the vehicle runs or not) He proceeded to tell me I am a meth head and to seek help for not accepting the offer. I said only a meth head would actually allow such a rip off? He carried on saying that he has my location and IP address. He threatened me and wrote to watch out if I post anything negative online about him. Sounds to me like this Dan Sullivan character is a sick individual. Stay away from him and this makeshift so called "business." Scary!! I would sooner donate a car to someone in need than take 4 hundred dollars for a vehicle that is in stellar operation.

If you want to waste your time and deal with people who don't seem to care, this is the place to go. It's been three days and they still haven't been able to replace a single regular tire. I hired a professional to change my BMW snow tires to summer tires at my home last Friday. It went…read morealong smoothly till the final tire.  The Key for the Lock Nut broke off and was stuck inside the hole.  So now I have 3 summer tires and one winter tire on my BMW. I took my car to the BMW Autohous dealership near Yonge and Steeles on Saturday.  The Service Department told me they are fully booked for a week and won't be able to help me. Luckily,  the Owner of the Dealership and the General Manager,  Robert heard about my situation and made special arrangements to get the Lock Nut removed and put on the summer tire on Monday morning.  The Parts department and the Service Advisor were courteous and helpful!  I'm very happy with this Dealership and the Owner and the GM, Robert.
