I was visiting the area and I also had my dog with me. He was in need of a nail clipping. I came…read moreacross this place by a google search. I was quite impressed with their website since it listed all of there services and most importantly of all it also listed prices. It is very reasonably priced compared to what you would expect to pay at most other places. When I arrived it wasn't that busy but the staff were able to clip my dogs nails right away. The result was very good and best of all it only cost $5 even. Great deal! The staff was very nice and friendly. If only I lived in the area, I would go back for sure. They offer a very wide range of services and I would urge all pet owners to check this place out because they definitely won't regret it. Thanks from Jason and Mika :)

highly disappointed in the lack of customer service And blatant dishonesty…read more while she does respond to emails fairly quickly, I do dislike being outright lied to. recently purchased two ruff land crates. paid for additional shipping. zero issues. everything up to that points was handled as I would expect. However, when asked for tracking information (several days after the funds for shipping were sent/received) Sarah stated in an email that the courier/shipping company she uses 'does not' have tracking numbers. That sounded strange to me, so I called the company. As I was able to tell them where the shipment was originating from and where it was going, In less than 2 minutes they were more than happy to supply me with the tracking number and the weigh bill information. Unfortunately the lack of professionalism continued and the crates were not shipped In a timely manner. Blame was placed wholly on the courier service and I am left wondering what to believe. I personally would not recommend purchasing from the store, transparency and honesty go a long way In todays day and age, and neither of those things were apparently a priority AFTER the purchase was made. I have no issues waiting for items, however the 12 days for the shipment to be couriered 85 km (with a ferry ride) is rather excessive to me, Unless otherwise stated.

I just have to say how pleased I was with the care that my puppy got here. I can't say enough how…read morefriendly the staff was, they all fell in love with my puppy and treated her like a queen. They were so understanding of her needs and mine and took extra steps to help keep costs low. Dr. Christal was amazing and took such great and gentle care of my puppy when she was sick that it was more like a spa trip than a hospital trip and her after care instructions helped get my girl back to her goofy and playful self in only a couple days. This is going to be the future home of all my pet care needs.

I brought my dog Tango in for an emergency dislocated hip. The staff was very helpful and was able…read moreto look at Tango after hours and went above and beyond with being caring. The low review is because I found the communication lacking. After Tango's hip popped out again the same night the issue of his hip dysplasia (shallow hips) was brought up. I felt like I never had all of the facts before originally making a decision for care, since his shallow hips were only brought up after the staff had attempted to relocate his hip. I brought up the issue with the clinic owners and was told they didn't think they had done anything wrong and to basically take a hike. I also found after asking around the price I was charged was high compared to other veterinary clinics in the area ($1,200 to relocate his hip plus and extra $250 for additional x-rays before surgery). After spending a painful two weeks with a dislocated hip Tango was able to have reconstructive hip surgery in Kelowna. He is doing a lot better now and is expected to make a full recovery. I will not be going back to the WKAH.
