John is personable and patient, and has a lot of knowledge about local pest issues. Having just moved into a new build, we were also experiencing a lot of spiders and creepy-crawlys in our shop and near doorways of the residence. So we had him perform his quarterly service around the outside of the building. Since we have large rolling shop doors that are open quite often, I do find spiders have come in still, but when I find them they are all dead! We have an open breezeway, and even THERE the bugs die quickly after they enter. I just sweep them out!
