Andrew owns a remarkable computer repair shop (along with us Dad Mark). Their friendliness and…read moreextensive expertise are the best I have ever encountered. These are exceptionally honest, kind, and highly capable folks - what we used to call "good, salt of the earth folks". In an industry that is noted for its dishonesty and cash grabs, these people are a rare jewel of an exception. They charge a more-than-fair price, undercutting any other computer shop I've used in my 73 years. I cannot praise them highly enough.

If I could give them a zero I would! Do not trust them with you iPhone repairs! Horrible service!…read more I took my IPhoneXR in to get the screen replaced after them telling me that they are very experienced in dealing with Apple products. I dropped it off with them and they replaced the screen. After getting my phone back, I realized that the face recognition and portrait mode on the camera wasn't working so I took it back in to them and was told it was the replacement screen being defective and that they would order a new one. The second screen was put in and face recognition/portrait mode still didn't work. They then told me it must be the camera and ordered a new one. Sure enough, the new camera was put in and it still didn't work They then told me that they must have damaged my phone when replacing the screen the first time and nothing could be done about it. I now have a phone that is broken and they weren't willing to offer me any kind of compensation! They are horrible people to deal with and I don't suggest anyone trust them with their devices!

When he stopped as Manager of the park I politely asked him to slow down, I was then yelled at saying he was only going 12kph I then explained about speed limit and was about to mention that it is a blind corner and if someone was coming down it could result in an accident, but I was not allowed to get that out as after I mentioned the speed limit he began cursing at me , I then went to talk to him at the location he was at and was then given a course of vulgarity once again as he was being very confronting, . So if he is the owner of code blue appliance repair then I would think twice about using them. If an employee then I would hope he has better customer skills than he showed me. Very unprofessional when he gave me the bird and physically smacked my vehicle. Not impressed if I could I would have given a minus 5 star review.
