Despite this, payment was not made, leaving us owed hundreds of dollars for work that was already completed. There were no complaints during the repair, no disputes about the scope or quality of the work, and no concerns raised until payment was due. What followed was avoidance, excuses, and a lack of accountability. This situation reflects a pattern where cooperation exists while services are being rendered, but responsibility disappears once payment is required. For small businesses, this kind of behavior creates unnecessary risk and loss.
