Once an invoice was issued, his attitude and communication changed completely. He started cussing at our secretary. Unacceptable! Period! We completed legitimate repair work on his truck in good faith, maintained clear communication throughout the job, and provided a proper invoice. Despite this, payment was not made, leaving us owed hundreds of dollars for work that was already completed. There were no complaints during the repair, no disputes about the scope or quality of the work, and no concerns raised until payment was due. What followed was avoidance, excuses, and a lack of accountability. This situation reflects a pattern where cooperation exists while services are being rendered, but responsibility disappears once payment is required. For small businesses, this kind of behavior creates unnecessary risk and loss. They tried to use cheap paint and put the window trims on backward. i was constantly babysitting and holding them accountable. I made the mistake of paying him the balance due when he still had to finish installing the front window and Manual told me he would get someone from Discount Glass to come out. This was supposed to happen last Thursday afternoon or Friday. Waited and no one showed up. Sent him an e-mail today and asked when someone was coming out and he e-mailed me back saying this Wednesday. I called Discount Glass and they said that they never spoke with him and that I am not on the schedule. I then sent him an email stating that he was just stringing me along and that I was sorry I ever hired him. Needless to say, I spent an additional $225 today getting my front window installed. Please save yourself frustration and heart ache and don't use MS General Construction LLC. Horrible experience!!! I plan to file a complaint with the BBB and the AG.
