We were on our way to Houston to buy a stunning model from another manufacturer, but the enthusiastic education we received in Temple regarding the superior construction of a Solitaire Home (see it at any Solitaire location) really impressed us. I am simply a consumer trying to get the best-built home for the money and the availability of the Energy Star Certification is a huge plus! I found there is a lot of variation in the construction of a manufactured home depending upon where you live, and if you don't look at the construction details, you may very well end up with a home that's a real looker, but married you for your money! The stunning triple-wide in Houston got us to sign on the dotted line, but the solid construction of the Solitaire stayed in our minds. After experiencing buyer's remorse on our way back to Arizona, where Energy Star Certification is very desireable, we contacted Shian via email to let her know we would stop by to look at a really large (2600 sq ft!) double-wide home that had just been delivered. It happened to be Shian's day off, which we didn't know, but she was there waiting for us, and had all the information we had asked for and gave us a tour of the homes on the lot. Shian was professional, courteous, very friendly and a lot of fun! Shian was considerate of our time, grateful for our business and trust, and set reasonable and honest expectation levels for our experience going forward. Before we left, we made the decision to cancel our triple-wide purchase and order a new Solitaire. The entire staff at Solitaire Roswell has been amazing! They were quick to pitch in to answer questions, always courteous, and Miguel's visit to our lot in Arizona ensured that we would experience a smooth delivery process. Our order is at the factory, and the delivery and set up is yet to happen, but this is an honest review of the experience we have had thus far with Solitaire of Roswell. As former Customer Service Professionals, we can tell you that Shian, Lisa, Amie and Miguel are dedicated, top-of-the-line individuals that deserve this five-star rating. We chose to travel over 400 miles to complete this transaction in person due to the superior service we enjoyed from these awesome people, and can tell you from experience that they are indeed Stars!
