My mother knew our names, she knew it was about putting us in control of her home. She couldn't remember a few grandchildren which she never sees and she had the wrong year. After denied a few months later I needed help with some neglect issues from where my mother was living and I called again to give her another chance and left a lengthy message about many things that were happening and wanted her to call me back to see if we had a case and I never ever received a phone call so I went elsewhere. I don't know if it was just who I dealt with because I know a few people that had good experiences, but we did not. I think maybe she was fairly new and inexperienced or too busy for cases. Senior Move Managers specialize in organizing, sorting, donating and prioritizing the transition process and then setting up at the destination (if it's within a certain area - if not there are many across the country). Her biggest help was finding an actual moving company. She has worked with Dave at Navis Pack and Ship in Lakeland, FL and made the introduction. Small towns generally don't have competing businesses and sometimes don't have the business at all that you need so having an alternative is great. Susan was so wonderful.
