Dave is the real deal. I've worked with him on around 9 different dental practices from the…read moremarketing side and he's literally the best dental consultant in the industry. He's owned his own practices and has consulted literally hundreds of dentists which becomes obvious after you talk to him for like a single minute. He knows the systems to implement to actually grow your practice, from simple things like follow ups for cleaning. Identifying missed opportunities on the phone from potential new patients. Even systems to drive in qualified new patient calls online. Highly recommend trusting Dave with your practice so you can focus on being a dentist and he can maximize your practice on the business side.

David Orr was hired to turn our 3 practices to run corporate style. He held meeting after meeting…read morefor months going over the same thing, which had nothing to do with running my practice corporate style. All he did was ask my assistants how many FMS did you take every week. Production and collections was not an issue. He had no idea what insurances we were contracted with or not for four months. He came every 2 weeks and have a one hour presentation that was so pointless everyone stopped paying attention after a few meetings and it definitely gets old. Then he tries to tell you all your vendors are working wrong and are not Professionals so that he can have his vendors do your work so he can get a kickback from them... from marketing team to billing to credit card services..... all While my offices are collecting over 250k a month with 40 Percent overhead. I fell for it when he brought over his biller who could barely tie her own shoelaces. Created a billing disaster!!! Never did he even analyze office overhead. He's a great talker, but it's all talk. He sells himself as a magic bullet and says he's owned and created several DSOs. If he did then why is he consulting???? I wouldn't refer him to anyone. The cherry on top: he has a 60 day notice to Cancel. So he charges you for 60 days of service after you fire him..... so it's like keeping an employee that's fired. I guess he gets fired far too often so he's out that in his contract. Red flag: he doesn't even have a website snd you can't find a picture of him anywhere on the internet!!!
