Probably the most unprofessional staffing agency in the area. They do not answer the phones or emails. When and if you do get thru they will tell you that you are frustrated and angry and expect you to grovel and beg for them to place you. Demeaning in approach to questions, no respect for people when they are the ones who approach you. I would never use them but that's just me! Yes they must work with huge numbers of potential employees but that is the job they chose to do. If you cant handle your job-get out of the profession and stop making excuses. read more

Having moved into the area a little over five years ago, I was very disheartened by the lack of…read moreemployment opportunities. Knowing that agencies often have access to "hidden gems" of jobs, I signed up with J&J Staffing in Swedesboro. They put me to work almost right away in a part-time temporary spot until something else came along. Before long, they found me a full-time position with one of the largest employers in the area, which eventually led to that company hiring me, and where I stayed for nearly five years, until I had to make a change. Back to J&J I went, and after going on a few interviews with very fine companies, landed in the best one I could have asked for, a long-established, well-respected firm with excellent pay and benefits, and less than five miles from home. Nicole is my contact at J&J and highly recommended! She asks the right questions, listens to the answers and can read between the lines. She never makes you feel rushed during an interview, but puts you at ease and makes you feel that you are her most important client. If I ever need to go on another job hunt, J&J Staffing in Swedesboro will always be my first stop.

Consumers are much more educated than 17 or even 10 years ago, companies should use that to their benefit rather than a threat. Needless to say I don't have experience with their actual service post the contract signing. Ashley was great to work with, Starla not so much. Way too defensive to be customer facing.

But here is my review message as follows;Hello; I have filled out an onboarding application and completed it and for some reason nobody has gotten in touch with me about the progress. It's very alarming that I have sent my personal information and yet no one has reached out. Janette barrios was the recruiter and very unprofessional, I have called her and several other people and I'm not getting any answers I'm starting to wonder if Exact Staff is a scam. People are looking for work and y'all are taking personal information online is not safe and unprofessional that none of the numbers doesn't work. Janette barrios # 916-500-1185, the other number I have called 530-669-1300 the first person said that they needed me to send the back of my ID and SSN which I did upon calling that number back someone else answered and said this is corporate office call back in 10 minutes and the person that you talked to first will answer which sounds ood. So at this point I'm thinking it's a scam I may have to contact my attorney. Or maybe you guess will respond as to what is going on
