I then fell in August of 2020 and several other times at home and finally in April of 2021 it was discovered that I had broken part of the prosthetic and had to undergo another surgery to have it repaired. After having this done I was referred to them by someone that was very satisfied with the services they received from Athletico Physical Therapy. I had undergone the rehab portion before and was not looking forward to it. I knew that it would be hard work to get back my range of motion, strength and flexibility. I am still a patient and Alyssa is absolutely professional, friendly, thorough and efficient. She consistently asks how I am and how things are going, provides me with feedback and an updated home exercise program. I like to swim so she even assisted with giving me exercises that I do at the pool for part of my home program. This has been a terrific experience with physical therapy, absolutely professional, friendly, thorough, efficient and the entire staff treats you and makes you feel like family. The lady working the gift shop is very pleasant and sweet. My only complaint is that at times they don't lack timely follow-ups with patients. They may say you're going to be released that day but don't give a time right away... which doesn't help me much.

HORRIBLE LYING FRAUDSTERS!!! Don't let them reel you in with a so called "new patient $49 special"…read more I was told it would be $49 ONLY. Then I was persuaded to provide my insurance saying it would be cheaper or if it wasn't they would change me back to self pay special $49 ONLY. Now today they send another bill for $45 and when I provide my secondary insurance, they say they aren't contracted and charge my card without my permission. I should have known it was a gimmick, especially after them texting and asking me to go against my doctors advice.
