When I called, a lady by the name of Diana answered, and when I gave her my information, she told me I had to pay $60 for my visit. I didn't understand it because I explain to her that my deductible has been met and that after the assessment they should be billing my insurance company and I should be responsible for only 20%. I even called back my insurance to verify this, but when I called back continued to tell me that it was $60 because that is what she saw in her system. She offered me to speak to a manager which was nice of her, but I was left on hold for 30 minutes so I hung up and I'm not calling back. It's a shame because I am ankle surgery and they really close to me. I don't know what's going on with Office staff these days, but they are a reflection of the practice and the fact that a manager left me on hold for 30 minutes is terrible business.

I decided to begin since my problems where just getting worse. The therapy at NextGen changed my life because I no longer live in pain and I am getting better and better with each session. Dealing with Rotator Cuff issues and Back issues was grueling and seeing how every week my pain was better and my movements were improving was incredible for me to feel. So I want to share my experience with you..... 2 weeks ago reluctantly, I tried for the 3rd time, to have therapy,,,, in 3 yrs,,,due to 3 pinched nerves in the neck.... to my surprise, my pain is now a level ONE, PAIN FREE,,,,,just in 5 visits. Felipe and his staff, spend 2 hrs on my issue everytime I go there.
