From day one, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and supportive. The therapists are knowledgeable and truly take the time to explain things not just to patients but also to students like me. You can tell they care about getting people better, not just going through the motions. Management runs the clinic really well. Everything is organized, and the environment feels positive and efficient. There's a strong sense of teamwork between everyone, which makes the whole place feel like a family. They handle scheduling and patient flow smoothly, and you always see someone checking in to make sure everything's running right. The patients also bring a great energy to the clinic. I've done 5 visits here so far…read more I've been seen and treated by both Dr. Mike Surdis and Dr. Cherry. Both do a fantastic job aligning your vertebrae to release pressure that has built up on your nerves. For me, the issue is my neck and lower back. My treatment plan consists of a 40 minute problem area massage with a massage therapist working with the soft tissues in my back and neck to achieve pain relief. The massage is not as thorough as others I've had at other offices. Next, is the quick stretch and about 20 minutes or so of electrotherapy with a therapist. Lastly is the manual adjustment with the doctor. The staff is friendly. Nice seating area with TV's and magazines. They also have complimentary coffee. The office is big with many treatment rooms. At times, you are sharing the room with another patient. I understand that they are a busy practice but the bathroom needs paint and some cleaning. I have been very happy with the latest treatment I received from Dr. Cherry. He always has time to check in on how you feel, how the last treatment worked and to address and discuss any concerns you may have. He is a great listener and has impeccable bedside manner.

This is a privately owned physical therapy office with two physical therapist as partners - Nancy, and Howard. Both are super experienced. I had to come here because I had a random neuromuscular injury and I came here for about six months because I found it so helpful . I primarily saw Nancy and her manual work is unmatched! I had a lot of locked up upper body muscle muscles, where I couldn't even lift my left arm all the way up. She did manual work massages in the areas that needed it to get the tissue to freeze up at every session and then would assign me physical therapy work in their gym. That was essential for my case. Prior to coming to this office, I had tried out another physical therapy office, I won't name any names, but I really dislike them and immediately stop going to them after the first session. On the entire hand at Orthosport, I stayed with them a little bit longer because I just enjoyed their service so much. And not to mention, they're such friendly and warm people. Not money grabbers at all. They want you to be able to improve and leave with skills to maintain your body and not have you come back unnecessarily. They accept different health insurances . They helped me navigate my insurance and my work medical leave paperwork Manual. Super experienced. I have not won slightly negative thing to say about this office. Dr Freanny is one of the most explanatory ortho doctors that I have encountered. Dealing with some doctors that literally walk into the room provide a bandaid and walk out - well anyways thats what it feels like. Dr Feanny takes his time with me making sure I walk out clearly understanding my options whether surgery, meds or just stretching and exercise.

But they had no problem stating on their phone voicemail and sending me an email saying I'm to pay $50 if I don't show tomorrow. Well that's not gonna happen. They owe me more than that in aggravation. And the last time I had an appointment I was there almost an hour ahead of time and had to wait two hours for my appointment to be seen. I ended up not being seen because after two hours I left to go back to work.
