Her machines --the clinics and the staff-- are so well oiled that she has mastered the system of making profits at the expense of other people's health. The artificial reviews and her "4 pillar" model means absolutely nothing, just like that book that she recently authored with a total of four measly ratings. A referral from our trusted PCP led my mother to seek physical therapy at PhysicalOne, and just in the second week, she was complaining to Dr Colette as well as me about pain in her left knee. Then going into four weeks, she also started complaining about the sciatica pain making a comeback. I thought it odd to regress because she consistently devoted two days each week for well over a month to PT, so I convinced my mother that it improvement would take time. Then it all started making sense to me: this is why no one else is allowed in the PT area and why whenever I stopped by to make payment and asked to speak with Colette for a progress report, she was always either reportedly with a patient or not onsite and was not open to discussing it over the phone. This also explains why whenever I asked and persisted to speak with Colette about my mother's complaints, instead of calling me back, the staff TEXTS me an evasive response as a band-aid since she is only in this industry to milk, not help anyone get better. I wouldn't even be surprised if there was no existing care plan with expected milestones to hit that would mark progress. The business hides behind that raggedy StriveHub app that she and the entire staff know does not work, yet tries to flip the script on the patient like we're not being compliant with at-home exercises. This is not a coincidence. She also hides behind laser therapy like it will replace quality PT sessions because she knows that it is strictly a sales method to increase the clinic's profits while masking the underutilization of PT services. Therefore my response to her manipulative shiftiness when the laser was offered is 'we already tried that. Either way, with or without laser therapy, there should still be clear signs of improvement for the time that we've been coming here.' And dont get me started on that glove --yes a glove-- filled with water that she's telling people to ice themselves with. Mediocrity at its worst! But since I unveiled the mask that the staff was trained to wear, this arrogant ill-mannered unapologetic know-it-all kept cutting me off and talking over me when she finally called per my requests. In that escalated phone call, I exposed the many contradictions and demanded to know the next course of action regarding my mother's lack of progress "under her care." The next morning I patiently waited for a response on Collette's availability for tomorrow and the next week. No missed calls, no voicemails, no text messages nor emails. Mind you, I have been the main point of contact for the past seven weeks. My sister dealt with the staff only one time which was during the very first encounter. But the office conveniently reached out to my sister instead saying that I was unreachable all of a sudden and that XYZ slot was available but it won't be with Colette. Very sneaky and unprofessional. She is the one who actually offered to do a re-evaluation of my mother with herself, mom and I present, yet reneged on her word because it was unimportant and did not ring in enough money for her. Please don't be fooled by the welcoming reception area and courteous staff. They have been trained by Colette to only drive sales, not see you regain strength. Just to be crystal clear, there's nothing wrong with a business owner making money, but it becomes a problem to me once they're only there to make money at the expense of an entrusting clients' health, especially within a vulnerable population. So the moment that I began taking notice that there was never an issue with collecting payment from copays and upsales, but there was absolutely no fruit from the "labour," and I demanded answers, then they no longer showed interest. That is why I am sounding the alarm because people need to know who genuinely cares and who is only in this business just to swell their pockets and keep people sick.

About me, I suffer with chronic pain due to football, as well as Marine corps injuries and 2 really violent MVA. Multiple herniated discs in cervical area as well as lumbar and a total disc failure in L5 and SI joint pain. In dealing with the fallout from these injuries I've had 6 epidurals as well as 3 RFA procedures. I've also had 9 surgeries over the last few yrs including SI joint fusion. Needless to say I know a lot about being uncomfortable and I invest a lot of time every day in trying to rid myself of the burden of pain. My wife just had our first baby so I very much wish to be physically active late in life. To accomplish this I am very proactive in my well-being. I live a vegan lifestyle & am up at 0400 every morning to do my stretching, meditation, rehab exercises, inversion therapy, hot baths, theragun, and core strengthening. I put in intense work on myself so the professional healers have a chance at being successful in their job. I've been through a lot of chiropractors and physical therapists over the last 15 yrs some of which were good, & some not so great. My entire experience so far with All broward chiro has been excellent. The 2 instances when I had a scheduled appointment there was zero wait. There have been two more sessions where the scheduler was able to fit me in last minute. Flexibility with schedule is important to me because my pain levels shoot from "3-4" to a "7-8" very quick and to have the possibility to be seen when not scheduled is a huge plus. Either way, the entire staff is pleasant & seem to enjoy being at work. All BrowardChiro has a variety of health services and all were high quality; from the massage to heat/Stim to decompress, all were top notch. The two services I've found most effective are the deep stretching and the adjustment itself. The stretch is done by Nick who is as good at his job as I've come by. I am 6'5 -217lbs & not ez to move around but the pain relief I feel after his stretch is tremendous. I would visit this practice just for the stretch. Then comes the adjustment and Dr.Mike is strong and sure in his manipulations, which is important as my body has endured significant trauma. His adjustment table is automatic so you stand up and the table lays you down without physical effort. This is extremely thoughtful to someone who has pain when changing from any one position to another. Once you're laying flat and he begins, his adjustment is no nonsense and precise. As high level care as I've received anywhere else. The office and restrooms are clean and clean water is available in the waiting room which is another big plus because I drink a ton of water and don't have to bring my water bottle into the office. If you're in pain and want the strongest possible chance at recovery I strongly recommend giving All Broward chiropractic a chance

We're disappointed with Memorial Manor. My 90 yr old mother was admitted there on a Friday night…read moreafter a hip replacement surgery. I had my doubts to the success of her recovery due to not only her age but also that she has dementia. She had her first PT session on Monday morning which I was surprised and grateful that she was engaged in the OT session but not so much in the PT session. The therapist was great, Ms. Kathy. Ms. Kathy was able to complete simple stand-ups and single steps 9xs. I was excited and felt that this was proof that my mom had a great chance of being somewhat mobile again. The following day my mom's energy and willingness to participate in her sessions was disappointing but nevertheless the therapist persisted with the sessions. On the third day my mom was lethargic and showed behaviors not like her normal self. The OT therapist noticed her behavior and contacted the nurse. My mom was returned to her room. She had a low grade fever and her wbc had spiked. She was sent back to the hospital and was diagnosed with a severe UTI. After a week of antibiotics in the hospital she is ready for discharge. Memorial Manor has declined her request to return there for therapy. The reason, as stated in her letter from Memorial Manor was, "your needs cannot be met at this facility ". I understand my mom comes with roadblocks but when she arrived there the first day I was told by employees that "this is the best rehab center around ". My mom was there a total of five days. The first two days (weekend) there is no therapy sessions. She was diagnosed with a UTI on the fifth day. I don't want to feel that they are responsible for the UTI. I do feel that "the best rehab center around" didn't even give my mom a chance.

My 89 year old Mom was a patient at this facility. She was transferred from Memorial Pembroke in…read morelate January for rehab and we were expecting that to be at least for 3 weeks as was told by the social workers at the main hospital. We began getting discharge notices after the 6th day. She arrived late on a Friday evening so she did not get assessed by anyone upon arrival. On Saturday the PT person asked her if she wanted to do any therapy and of course My mom said no to that as she was tired from being transferred so late the night before. No PT on Sunday and On Monday got her first PT and second on Tuesday. On Wednesday we received her first Discharge order after only getting two days of actual PT. The aides PT and Nursing Staff and respiratory staff were Very good to Her and kept her well fed and very Clean. I cant thank them enough for the attention. Only one Glitch was a Young Flakey Respiratory Tech that walked in unannounced to my mothers room and opened the Curtain around my moms Bed while she was being Changed and Naked and Announcing he was there to do her Respiratory Treatment. I took issue with his Lack of Consideration for her privacy and just told him so and asked him to leave the room. When i went to the in charge Nurse to complain about his actions the Respiratory tech took issue with my complaining about what he did and began approaching me while I was leaning against to Nursing stations Counter and he was saying he didnt like my telling him to leave the room. While he was saying that he approached me even more and now I was feeling cornered and felt his action of approaching me so close was a bit hostile. I asked him three times to back away but he only came forward even more to which I said if he came any closer I was going to punch him. That when he backed off and went around, the nurses station and sat down in a chair. I finished telling the supervisor on duty about what he did in the room while my mother was being changed And then went to my mom's to see if they had finished prepping her for bed at night. Not 10 minutes later a policeman showed up because he called the police and they escorted me out of the building. The next day, when I went to see my mother, I was told I was not allowed in the building or to see her. The management staff, instead of protecting my mother's right to privacy as per the patient bill of rights that is posted on every wall in every room instead chose to defend this employee's actions and prevent me from spending time with my mother. The only time I could spend with her was for an hour each day, and it was outside on the bench beyond the doors of the facility. Management staff there is Rude and Disgusting and don't give a damn about the patient's mental well-being. Patients that have been in a facility like that need to have family members present and they chose to take away the right of my mother to have that available to her. So again, I would say that, for the most part, the whole staff from the nursing, the Techs and the Aides do a wonderful job with these patients, and I cant say enough about them and the treatment they provide to the patients but the upper management there is awful and the Social services personnel are cold and uncaring as well as condescending people! I give the working staff five stars, but the management and that one Respiratory Tech I wrote about get No star in my opinion! Thank you to all the staff that treated my Mother so well.
