Finally, my mother spoke up because I keep questioning things I was seeing, that weren't adding up. I contacted Katie the Director of Operations and our conversation was not professional. I had to ask her who she was because she answered the phone in a vague manner. There was no remorse or apologetic tone provided for what my mother endured. I understand big business, but when your business involves dealing with elderly, disabled veterans, the least you can provide in these situations is an empathic tone.
