I only had to have my orthotics reconditioned, I had to pay for an office visit (which was totally useless and content free) but OK, I guess every foot doctor that works for a practice like this is pushed to generate revenue. I had my first pair reconditioned for $100 and the next pair was sent in 30 days later and they were $125. (A 25% price increase in 30 days).??? To top that off, they never called to say they were ready, so I had to call them, which took 3 calls. It is so evident that the new ownership group/private equity has combined multiple practices and deliver very poor support and service. When you are there it just "feels" like 2nd or 3rd tier operation. I will certainly NOT be back, was good, BUT NO LONGER.

My physical Therapist was nice and gave me good instructions on how to heal. One thing I did notice is that all the therapist were doing the same stretches on everyone of the clients which means yo me the therapist are all on a script so it felt like a factory. I will continue my training and see if anything changes over time.

She finished the 12 weeks, only to get $138 overage bill. We disputed and Sports Plus wasn't interested in honoring anything they said. Numerous calls to resolve this only led to them sending us to collections. I paid their stupid bill, but will this experience will cost them a lot more than $130 bucks. We will tell everyone we know NOT to use this terrible company. Not only that, the PT didn't even work. She quit using their suggestions after the 12 months and used the old RICE method. No problems now for 6 months. Don't use these folks!

Incidentally, Lyrica was prescribed because of neuropathy in my feet. He listened to my chest and complained about his previous Employer Novant Health, no standard questions, no foot examination. it was hard to decide to leave this practice after over 20 years, because doctor Larsens assistant, Aja, was equally as competent as Dr. Larsen. Best wishes to Dr. Larsen, but the practice is suffering without his guidance

I called last minute and was able to get an appointment in one hour. The whole staff was very friendly, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. Adrienne explained everything while taking vitals and setting up therapy. She was very thorough and answered all our questions. Dr. Sullivan was very professional and straight to the point but in a good way. He gives you all the information you need about your condition without taking a whole bunch of your time. The Xray technician, Robin I think is her name, was also very friendly and professional. Our last stop was with Mandi, who discussed insurance with us. She was also very friendly and explained everything about coverage, co-pays and future appointments. Long version: Initial visit took about an hour but we did try to fill out as much of the paperwork before hand as possible. You will need about 7-10min to fill everything out so do keep that in mind. The actual time waiting to be seen was 5 minutes or so. Once inside, vitals were taken, questions were asked and a short video was played explaining how Chiropractic treatments work. Dr. Sullivan came in shortly after, did an examination and ordered xrays. After xrays, therapy was performed for about 10 minutes that consisted of an ice pack, electrical stimulation and a therapy bed that "kneads" the back. After therapy, a brief explanation of the xray results and treatment was discussed with the doctor and then adjustments were done. Finally, we met with Mandi and she went over payment and scheduling. The whole initial visit took about an hour but it went fast and flowed seamlessly between all the different stations (initial assessment room, therapy room, adjustment room, etc). No waiting around endlessly for the doctor or feeling ping-ponged by the staff. Follow up visits should be 15-20 minutes. Luckily, their schedule is pretty flexible so you can get in as early as 7am some days and as late as 6:30pm other days. They are not open on weekends though. Overall, a really pleasant experience. So glad to have found them!
