Would give zero stars if I could. This office does not honor PA state law for direct access to PT for starters. Wouldn't you think one of the things a PT would be sympathetic to is someone in pain? Isn't part of their job to relieve pain? I didn't catch the woman's name, I don't think she even gave it to me (which I can almost confirm now given the other reviews here); but she had an attitude before I even sat down. She asked me why I would want to continue PT if I'm still in pain implying that it's pointless since I've already seen 2 other PTs this year. It never occurred to her that maybe these other people weren't treating me correctly? Or maybe I wanted to continue care locally? I included all of my medical DXs in the paper work online and when I told her I had a OLT she scoffed at me and said "you didn't mention that!" It was in the online paper work. Absolutely no sympathy. She was implying I should not do PT at all. She acted as if I was doing her a disservice by even showing up today and that the only time someone should do PT is if they can "cure" the problem. I wish she could experience what 1 day of my life is like living in constant pain, it's agonizing. Then maybe she'd be a little more sympathetic rather than just trying to pass me off to another doctor. Thanks for wasting my time, I took off time from work for nothing. Still receiving bills even though I have paid my bill now 17 day business days ago. Will never be returning due to this billing issue not being taken care of in a timely fashion and I have to keep checking to see if my payment has been posted before I get charged a late fee! read more

If I could put no star I would. I came here for my pre-employment exam and the lady that took me back was very rude. Im not sure of her name because she did not tell me. For starters she pronounced my name incorrectly while collecting me from the waiting room and when i corrected her very respectfully she didn't correct herself, just gave a half smile, turned and had me follow. She seemed as though she didn't really care for her job she was just... doing it. At one point during the exam i had to crawl around on the floor which was a bit awkward for me considering i've never done this before. I tried conversing with her and said "how often do you do these test?" and she replied with "everyone comes here for pre-employment" or something along those lines, very dry and agitated manner. From then on i was silent, her entire demeanor and attitude completely changed mine. Once i was on the last task which was the treadmill and was finished she goes "all done, i'll send these over to them" i said "thank you" she said "you're welcome" Oh! so thrilled to see me go huh? and thats all she said. No have a good day nothing. I let her know too before i left. Hopefully she never makes anyone else feel like that again. If you don't like your job go somewhere else. Simple. read more
