As soon as I was told to perform some therapeutic exercises, I realize why it was therapeutic; it helps! The people that works here are mostly women; they're nice, awesome, and somehow comforting. Getting to know them is pretty cool. They also perform massages depending on your condition. I feel relieved every time I get my shoulder massage. I get a little disappointed when I'm done for a day's physical therapy session. What I'm really disappointed is how some people treat some of the workers as robots. They're not as automatic as an ATM in the ghetto. They're people! They're professionals! They know what they're doing and it's a healthcare environment. Obviously they'll be busy with other clients, so be patient with them. The workers here are outstanding as their service and I would recommend the outgoing and active people who are injured to get their physical therapy here.

I sent over all information at 1:05pm that day, I followed up around 4:00pm and got confirmation that everything was received and my husband appointment was all set. My husband shows up at 8:00am, and Billy was terrible, she said they couldn't see him because they didn't get his paperwork done. She said she left work early and didn't get it done, that she left it for the other gal to get it complete. They refused to see him, they were unaccommodating, my husband left. When my husband left he held the door open for one of their employees who was just coming in with their hands full, we wonder now if that was who should have been seeing my husband and couldn't because they were late. I called upset, Billy told me that he could come back up with his referral and that they would see him, three minutes later she said they wouldn't see him because it was twenty minutes after his appointment time. I talked to Kelly the director, she didn't care one bit that we were treated bad and continued with the same terrible service that we received from Billy, she said that we were the ones at fault and out of line. I called the corporate rep and talk to Candace, she was great. They got us all taken care of within minutes and had an appointment set for us at the Normandy Park location. When I was checked in, the total cost I was given by the front desk was incorrect. I was charged nearly 3 times the initial amount a week later. I've been attempting to contact the Billing Department, the main office, anyone with access to their email to discuss this further, only to be placed on hold for 20+ minutes and then told a supervisor would call me back because they were "too busy". That was a lie to brush me off, as I was never called or responded to in any way. Expect a factory where they will push through as many clients as possible and then charge undisclosed amounts with unqualified and abysmal service from the random therapists they pull in for a summer job.

Then I would've kept looking. I then a few days later called and asked to speak to the owner, who called me back and was everything but helpful. Her level of sarcasm towards the situation by making comments such as; I'm sorry I couldn't be 100% fully staffed for you, are totally unnecessary and unprofessional. After explaining to her how unsatisfactory my experience had been and now I'm having to look for a new place, and how I didn't thought it wasn't fair that they were still going to bill my insurance knowing they couldn't accommodate from the beginning, I realized she didn't care to help or alleviate the situation, I gave up. I feel like this place lies to people just to get them in for that first appointment since it's the one they can bill/collect on the most and that's all they're after. They don't actually care about the patients or their treatment. I manage a few clinics and if my staff ever scheduled someone knowing we wouldn't be able to accommodate after the initial appointment, not only I, but all my providers would do everything possible to make sure they get on the schedule the amount of times were recommending until the schedule allows for more appointments. Either stay during lunch, come in earlier or leave later but we'd make sure our patient is taken care of. This place didn't even try and that's after I spoke with three people including the owner. And yes, after all that, they still billed my insurance because "I still got the evaluation" An evaluation that would determine my treatment frequency which they couldn't accommodate. Which if they would've told me from the get go, said evaluation would've never happened.

I have been back for four different problems over what is now a lot of years. Each time it has been the exact same story. I arrive, they work with me (over a period of weeks, of course), and I am healed. One of the best piece of evidence about the quality of their work is the stability of the staff. It has remained pretty much the same, indicating that it is a nice place for employees to work. I could not recommend this outfit any higher.

When I first arrived at Highline, I could barely walk through the door. The therapists I met were Cheryl and Daya. The majority of my appointments were with Cheryl, and she was absolutely amazing! In less than 3 months with two appointments a week, I was back at full force. I'm 81 years old and can now easily walk miles, work in the yard and lift weights.
