Where do I begin? I went to Select Physical Therapy in Baytown because I was referred there and after reading so many positive reviews, I had to try it out for myself. One of the most crucial aspect of my patronizing any establishment is the owner and staff intentional attitude around quality service. We're in an era where there's so much dissension and hatred towards issues such as cultural differences, racism, ageism, sexism, etc. I must say that since I have been receiving service at SPT-Baytown, I have had nothing but positive experiences. I know the query revolves around my physical therapist Melissa but I had to begin with the locale because it matters as well. Melissa is the epitome of excellence!!! She is a skilled expert in her field and has assisted in guiding me towards a more quality lifestyle through what I have learned from her teachings. She is patient and will take the time to explain the what, where, how, and why of each exercise and movement. I received PT care with Melissa last year pre-laminectomy and I didn't think twice about returning post-laminectomy. I have watched her work with other patients and she treats everyone the way she treats me, with respect and care. I have had the same experience with the entire staff at Select Physical Therapy-Baytown. Melissa has helped me learn to sit correctly based on the curvature of my spine which helps to relieve pain and increase movement. She is stern but kind and determined but invested because she wants her patients to reduce or manage pain and improve their mobility. Awful place - have no clue what they are doing. Made my husbands frozen shoulder even worse. Who does extreme exercise for a frozen shoulder. Also kept sending us invoices after confirming a charge of $ 75.00 / session. read more

I used Select Physical therapy and received the best treatment I can imagine and the results were outstanding. I was greeted with a smile and listened to when I spoke. They answered my question and explained things in detail when I want more info. My prescription was for 9 weeks, 3 sessions per week, but I progressed so quickly that we finished in 6 weeks with only 2 sessions per week. Billing was easy and I experienced no problems with booking my sessions to fit my schedule. That's all well and good, but the best part is the therapists. They are great and nothing short of magical with their hands. I was out of pain in short fashion and I'm still doing great. My wife is now having some issues with her shoulder and I'm sending her to them for some great treatment. read more
