Do not waste your time with this temp agency; they are not happy with their jobs, as they are there to find jobs for other people. As a recruiter, it should not be hard to review a resume, since your entire job is dealing with them. Listen to the other negative reviews because I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and rudeness from any recruiter before, and I have spoken to many professional recruiters who would never be as unprofessional and rude as Maria.

What I've gathered through working with different agencies and writing reviews after some time with them, is that many reviewers don't seem to understand that the temporary agency absolutely does not have to find you a position. - You go in hoping they do, but if more qualified people are available, the jobs will be offered to them first. Also, many times, the agency will submit your resume and it is the employer who picks the ones they want to move ahead with. I keep getting offered positions because I scored very well on my Word, Excel, and typing tests, and I dress appropriately, speak professionally, and have proven that I am a value to Sage. Of course they are concerned about making money - that's the point. You work in partnership with the temporary agency to help each other make money. I wouldn't have gotten the jobs that I had without them - you think they just do that for free??
