She responded positively and suggested we meet in person. During our meeting, Noemí was professional and friendly but expressed that my previous photoshoot did not meet her quality and resolution expectations. She also criticized my hairstyle and makeup from that shoot. I explained my financial difficulties and inability to afford another session at the time. She then quoted $550 for the shoot, plus $150 for the makeup artist. Determined to pursue my dream of modeling, I agreed to pay in installments. For six months, I made weekly payments via Zelle, and by September, I had paid the full amount. We scheduled the photoshoot for that month. On the day of the shoot, I was surprised to learn that Noemí herself would be the photographer. To enhance the session, I arranged a collaboration with a clothing brand, securing their garments for the shoot. Noemí assured me that she would credit the brand on Deco Models' Instagram, but she never followed through. When I followed up, she avoided giving direct answers, and in the end, the brand was never credited. This left me feeling embarrassed in front of the brand's owner. Additionally, Noemí never posted my photos on the Deco Models website as she had promised. Every time I asked about it, she claimed the website was under renovation, but there was always another excuse. Despite repeatedly raising my concerns, I never received a resolution. Although Noemí sent me to two castings, I started to feel that she was not trustworthy or transparent. It became clear that she was more focused on taking my money than actually supporting my modeling career, and I began to feel like I had been scammed. Things took a turn for the worse when I contacted another model to ask about her experience with Noemí. Noemí reacted negatively, accusing me of being dramatic and even threatening to remove me from her casting network. This response was unprofessional and mean-spirited, especially considering that I had paid her in full. She never provided me with a contract, and her actions showed a clear lack of integrity and professionalism. I also discovered that Noemí had edited my photos in a way that made me look unnatural and unrecognizable. When I questioned her about it, she insisted that she knew more about the modeling industry than I did. However, when I compared my photos to others in the industry, it was evident that her editing style did not align with professional standards. While I had no issues with the makeup artist's work, my overall experience with Noemí was disappointing, and I felt taken advantage of. After speaking with the other model to gain more insight into her experience, Noemí's attitude completely changed. She became cold, rude, and honestly, quite disrespectful. Once she had received my full payment, she told me that I could use my photos with another agency. This struck me as extremely hypocritical. It became clear that she never intended to sign me as a model for her agency her only goal seemed to be making money off me with false promises and empty illusions. As a result of her actions, I felt used and wasted my time and energy with no real reward. I am sharing this review to warn others because my experience with Noemí was terrible. She treated me poorly and then disappeared without a word. Looking back, I now realize that her behavior reflects narcissistic tendencies. I did not deserve to be treated this way, and her actions clearly showed that she was never looking out for my best interests. This was one of the most painful experiences I've ever had in the modeling industry. I can't expect others to operate the same way I do or treat me with the respect I deserve.

Christian "Chrispy" Alexander (Front Director/photographer) sexually assaulted me…read more This is my real name, and my real account. Warning: this may be uncomfortable for some to read. A few years ago I moved to Miami Beach to try to make it as a male model. I met Christian at a group dinner one night, where he said he really liked my look and wanted to get my Polaroids ASAP to send to an important client. He said he needed to get his camera at his house down the street and that I should come with him. I was very excited, as I was broke, living on a couch, and looking for a break. I had no reason not to trust him, since he was the director of an agency. When we got to his house he said the client wanted body pictures, so he needed me to get down to my boxers. This is also not too uncommon of a request at castings, so I didn't question it. He then said that my boxers covered too much and that the client needed to see more, so Christian gave me a smaller pair of black briefs. But they were mesh, so they were a little see-through. At this point I was a little uncomfortable, but he was the head of an agency so he must know what he was doing. As he was taking pictures, he told me that my penis bulge/outline looked too small for the client, and that I should "do something about it." He told me there were magazines in the drawer, and he left the room, telling me to arouse myself. At this point, alarm bells were starting to go off, but my inexperience, desperation to be discovered, and inherent trust of an agency director, made me think "well I guess it makes sense that a client would want someone to appear well endowed." When Christian walked back in, he started taking pictures again, and said that the underwear needed adjusting. Without asking he began adjusting my underwear. Then, without asking, he began groping and adjusting my penis and testicles. It was only at this point, that I found the courage to ask him to stop. Christian ghosted me after that, even though I continue to follow up about the alleged client and potentially being signed to Front. I later heard that he also took advantage of one of my other buddies, in a worse way than me. In hindsight, it's easy to judge my behavior as reckless or irresponsible. It's not as easy in the moment when someone in power, that you trust, is directing you in a business you're not familiar with. It doesn't matter if you're male or female. It doesn't matter if you're physically stronger than the perpetrator. Abuse of power and sexual assault can happen to anyone. I since signed with Ford, then left modeling to obtain an MBA, then a Masters from Harvard. I'm now a professor, author, and a consultant. I have little to gain by writing this, but I want to warn others about Christian, and to encourage others to speak up before, during, and/or after being assaulted. It's never okay. Logan Thompson

She assured me that the whole thing had been a misunderstanding and wanted to meet to sign my child. She told me how her agency was the largest child modeling agency in Miami and they had an even larger office in NYC...the whole spiel. Bottom line- after 9 months we did not get a single call from her or her agency for any castings or even go-sees. Not one in 9 months! I never even heard from her after our initial meeting and when I would reach out it was always one excuse or another as to why she didn't have any casting for my son to go to. While every child isn't going to get booked for work, a legitimate agency has castings they send their clients on every week. If it is such a large and successful agency like she claims why is she the only person working there? I am not sure what the scam is since we made it clear from the beginning we would not spend any money but things just don't add up. As I said in my initial review, steer clear of this "agency" . Original Review: Take the positive reviews here with a grain of salt. I have my doubts that this is even a legitimate business as no one ever answers their one and only phone number. I tried calling several times all within business hours over the course of several weeks and phone was never answered and voicemails never returned. Finally after multiple follow ups I get a curt text response to my calls (from what I assume is the owner as she never introduced herself) to email them my child's information, which I did. The text came from the same number listed as the business number so she doesn't even have a landline for the business, she uses her cellphone. I do not know of any successful/ legitimate modeling agency that uses the owners cell phone as the business phone line. In the email I sent I simply asked them to confirm they received the photos as they were large files and I was not sure if they would go through. Again no response, so I try calling and texting and no response. Several days later she finally responds to my second follow up text telling me to email additional photos. I send them and you can guess what happens, no response to any form of communication. If she was not interested a simple response letting me know would have been what a professional business would do. Either way I have no interest in dealing with a company who is this difficult to communicate with and so rude in their dealings with people. I cannot imagine they have many clients either if this is the way they conduct business. Avoid them and save yourself the aggravation.

Then I get a text saying to bring my SON with an incorrect spelling of HER name, even though in emails they've addressed her as "your daughter" and by her name. Annoying. Annoying. Annoying. Not professional. If it was and they were going to TEXT me, they'd have at least have gotten HER name right. Also, I'm pretty sure ninas the only employee. Also, that she writes almost every review.
