Maria Martinez, Amy and Lety are the best. I went in today after years of not working with them and they found me a great temp position as i was there interviewing. They are extremely professional and caring. I recommend career exchange to all of you that may need temporary to full time employment. Alexis and the receptionists are all amazing as well and the whole team was exceptional. Without them I would have been without work for nearly two months while i wait to start work Aug 1,2017. Amazing, I've applied with different staffing agencies and it's nothing compared to the service they provide here. Marie is an exceptional person she really took her time to help me out answered all my questions and always was there when I contacted her. She went above and beyond for me and thanks to her I have an amazing new opportunity! Ask for her you will not regret it. Thank you so much again. read more

Unprofessional staffing agency. The lady who interviewed me kept telling me how glad she was to be meeting with someone professional like me & had many places she'd love to send me to. They even gave me a pay card so I can start right away & it's been 2 weeks later, many emails, calls & nothing. Don't waste your time going there. Indeed & HotJobs are better. read more

If you are an employee seeking assistance from career exchange in finding a new job I suggest you not waste your time with them as they did not assist me with even one interview. I took the time to go in and meet with Lety who made it seem like she would be sending me on tons of interviews and placing me with a job in no time. We ended the meeting with her telling me she was going to go through available jobs and get back to me with a list of matches and interview opportunities. She was fairly nice in person but after that initial meeting she was a different person. She never followed through on anything she promised and I never heard from her about one single job opportunity, not even in regards to temporary work. I called her weeks after our initial meeting since I had not heard from her. She was snappy and extremely condescending, making it very clear that I was a bother to her. She asked in her snippy tone what I had been doing to find a job and if I had been going on interviews on my own. Insinuating that I was siting at home staring at the walls waiting for her to find me a job. Next she told me she had nothing for me and that she never promised me anything and that many people never got placed. A few weeks later I try emailing her one last time shrugging off the last exchange with her and chalking it up to perhaps she was having a bad day. I wrote her one sentence simply following up. She never bothered to even respond to me. It does not get anymore unprofessional and that is when I knew this company was a joke. If you allow employees to behave this way it says a lot not just of the employee but the company itself. While I wasn't expecting to get a dream job in a week, I was expecting at the very least to be sent on 1 or 2 interviews and to get a response when I sent an email. If they had no jobs that matched my qualifications that is understandable but follow through with what you promise and let the person know. There is no excuse to behave unprofessionally and rudely to any client. Contrary to what Lety thought, I was actively seeking a new job and found one on my own but all the time wasted with them is something I can't get back. Don't make the same mistake I did. read more

The worst experience I have ever had with a staffing agency took place here. Ivana was extremely rude and condescending. I was ultimately laughed at and told how unmarketable I would be to future employers even with an educational background and professional experience. I recommend anyone that is seriously considering assistance in their career search to keep far away from this place. read more

Eternally grateful for Chris. He just let me know that I have an interview scheduled! I'm so happy! Thank you Chris!

It's sad how places that are created to help you find work, do the actual opposite of requested. I came here back in November, seeking help in finding a job. After meeting one of the recruiters in the office waiting area, he tells me to send him my resume through e-mail and that he will review and then contact me to set up an interview. Breaking News: Never happened! I e-mailed him, not once, but twice! Never heard from him. I don't know what happened but to me, that isn't what a recruiter does. The least he could've done was responded back to my initial e-mail. People need jobs. Don't waste people's time. read more

On their website it says, and I quote, "Send us your resume, and we'll find the jobs that are the best match for you." I called first and someone there told me to just go online and send them my resume so one of their associates could contact me. I submitted my resume and also sent them emails and no one ever contacted me and I was totally ignored. read more

I was not happy with this agency. I was recommended to go by a friend and I went in all in good faith. I sat down with Carlos Galvan. The interview lasted 2-5 minutes. I have over 9 years in management experience. Which includes roles as Store manager, merchandise manager, sales manager, vendor and account manager positions. They had openings available as a recruiter and as an account executive. He asked me if I had any experience hiring and recruiting and I said yes that it is reflected in my resume. It felt as if it was disregarded and he proceeded to tell me I wasn't qualified. Scheduled an interview for me as a customer service associate. And said I would receive an email that I needed to complete something prior to my interview. He never sent it. I had to call back and speak to someone else. THEN he emailed me. He said he would find out if the position for account executive was still available and if it was he would reach out to me and set up an interview for it. He never did, I got in contact with him and all he said was that I had no experience. The lack of communication, the carelessness throughout this experience was mind blowing. Made me think about how many qualified individuals have been passed on for various positions. read more
