I popped in to see Karen from Stillwell Ford and was greeted with a friendly smile. I explained to Karen what I was looking for and she showed me to the Ford Territory. I had a breif look as I was in a rush and she gave me some information and I left. Karen told me that I could Loan the car over night so a few days later I returned to loan the car over night. A few forms later and I drove off in a car. It was so helpful and non stressful to be able to do this as it gave my wife and I ample time to get a feel for the car. We made a decision to go with another brand purely based on what we needed in a vehicle and this didnt suit our needs. However Karen was so extremely helpful that I would recommend popping in to see her if you are in the Market for a new Ford.

He assured us, It had undergone a check from his mechanic. We drove it out and he was closing up. The front wheel was grinding so bad, Im surprised it didn't seize up, It was that bad.I called him up but he said he had left and to come back in the morning. We lived 100 kms away. I called him the next day and he said to bring it back the next day. I made plans for someone to pick us up and drive us all the way home. I called that morning to confirm to bring it down and he said he can't do it. This went on for weeks. I cannot believe they are still selling cars. He is rude, Doesnt allow test drives unless you but it and very belittling to women. SAVE YOUR MONEY and don't buy any car from JAX.

They quoted $5500 to replace the cracked cylinder head, $6200 for 2nd hand engine, or $17000 for new engine. They charged me $239 to tell me this (they only completed the pre service check, no actual work performed). Fortunately I got 2nd opinion from Hampstead Auto, they ran a blue dye diagnostic test & said my hoses were worn but not cracked, there was no evidence of engine damage. They completed all repairs for $1500 (including replacing the timing belt) Stillwell Kia are a rip off and a joke. Trying to sell me a new engine when it was completely unnecessary.
