My dad is insured with him and thought since I'm already paying my dads insurance automatically with him I mite as well change my agent and just be talking to one person regarding both policies. I called up Select Auto Insurance and I spoke with Lance on the phone to get some quotes , as I was shopping to get the best pricing for myself .... He encouraged me to come to his office because he said he in fact can lower his pricing . He quoted me some very attractive figures so I thought PERFECT this is wonderful ! I showed up and he had all of my paper work ready . When it was time to sign my documents ,he tried to distract me from seeing the true numbers . Turns out he did nothing in making affordable for me with the figures he quoted me . He's should NOT be trusted . When I got home I had told my neighbor about my experience and she said that his name sounded familiar and she pulled out a picture of him because apparently he put himself on a Sugar Daddy sight called Seeking Arrangement . When I saw his picture I was in shock ! I wanted to vomit in my mouth ! Such an awful business man and a disgusting pig ! I do not know if he's married or not but why is this man on such a disgusting sight ? Folk's do not do business with him what so ever ..... read more

I will never go to the DMV again!! Holy crap was this place quick and painless, I'm glad I'm the first to review so I can tell everyone how great my experience here was! A little pricer than the DMV by about $35 but to me saving that much time was well worth it. I was in and out doing a title transfer and registration in about 20 minutes....I kid you not....20 MINUTES!!! Go here, skip the disneyland-esque lines and enjoy the rest of your day! So I use to use the lady upstairs but she closed and now select is doing auto registrations. I called to ask how much they charge for stickers and they said $35 service Kind of pricey So then I asked how much they charge for putting my name on a title since I just bought a car and they said $75...so I get there and they ended up charging me $90 for the service Wtf...not using them again. I yelped another registration service and there's one down the street who charges way less read more

Lance is wound too tight and cannot be trusted. He was verbally abusive, nasty, mean. I gave him my biz for more than 10 years, and I regret that I referred him to many people. He charged up my credit card for his commission without consulting with me first, then dodged my calls and emails for weeks and never provided anything in writing as he attempted to cover up the generous payment he gave to himself at renewal time. He is so ungrateful and treats life long customers like trash. Nasty! read more

The worst insurance broker ever. Carrie miss quoted me after she messed up the first time. Charges me a piece that later the insurance company charges me. Then my insurance company cancels my policy because of information not put in my policy the first time. Crooks. Then I call her to reinstate my policy and she says she's can't do it till Monday. Not to mention she said it with a lazy attitude. Save yourself the hassle spend a little more and go with an insurance company that knows what they are doing and have you the customer as the number one priority!! read more
