I came into the store to pickup a birthday card for a friend. Service was fast and the store clerk was attentive. There are a good selection of cards for any occasion and the price was reasonable. Great little location! Very organized and great setup of the store. The people are very friendly and enjoy a conversation with them! The selection here is great as I said before, the sections are all labeled and you can find whatever you're looking for. The back of the store has a little section for the clearance and it's always a great time looking for the items available for a bit of a discount. A great find for anyone looking for a special gift for someone. Great selection and prices.

I gave this place 3 shots. I'm done trying to shop here. When I tried to order a specific Bible on their website it was quickly canceled. No real after service or call. Went to Frugal Frigate off their website instead, excellent service there. Second time I needed to purchase a different version and went in store and they didn't have it. Got it off Amazon cause I needed it for school. Third time got a decent greeting, just needed Bible tabs, but browsed, never really needed assistance, but wasn't asked and was with another guest. Got to the counter and computers down though. Good priced gifts and tchotchkes at least. read more

It was Secret Santa time, and my person was a God-fearing woman. There used to be a Christian store over by Citrus Plaza, but I could not find it, so it was Yelp to the rescue. The inventory is spread out well. It isn't quite as large as the other store I was looking for, which had shelves of music and music books and racks of Christian clothing. (I may yet find that place. I'm probably confusing Citrus Plaza with another shopping area.) I was just looking for stocking stuffers, so I found what I was looking for: bookmarks and engraved rocks. The clerk was a pleasant young man, friendly and eager to help you find things and to wish you a blessed day. read more

Wanted to purchase a top quality leather Bible. They offer engraving services BUT NOT ON ANY LEATHER BIBLES. The store clerk was nice but I was very disappointed they would not engrave real leather. Prices were also quite high. read more

My experience here was great! From the outside, it looks like a small bookstore, but it is pretty large and has all sorts of Christian books, bibles, decorations, cards, and gifts! The lady at the front was very kind and helped me set up an account. With a kind staff and large selection, you can't go wrong! I purchased a nice flax cloth Bible I have never seen before. The service was excellent! I was looking for bibles for my grandchildren. There were not a lot or KJV's available so William helped me find what I was looking for on line. Terry helped me in the children's section. She was very personable and friendly. I'm 61 so they offered me a 10% discount off of my entire order which was over a hundred dollars so it really helped and was much appreciated. I took a lot of Williams time but he was very patient and persisted with me until I was all done. I'm so glad I found Selah! I will be a loyal customer. So nice to find a place that is so welcoming and ready to help you find what you need. And their selection was very nice as well! read more

It was my first time in the store and I was greeted by friendly, smiling staff who were knowledgeable about their inventory. The store is larger than I expected, having gifts, T-shirts, hats, cds and of course bibles, devotional and other books. I had to drive a bit to get there since there are not any Christian bookstores in my area. This store is just down from the freeway and was easy to locate. I love that it's a family owned business, rather than giving my money to a Barnes & Noble type large store. read more

My wife and I just got kicked out for not wearing a mask. The woman working there did not even ask if we had a mask, or politely ask if it would be okay, but just confronted us saying "No Mask No Service!" several times. We just walked out and my wife started crying because we wanted to purchase a necklace from there. It is amazing to me how rude people are to their customers these days, let alone a family Christian store whom we just wanted to support. Pretty soon they are going to say No Vaccine paperwork, No service... and finally, No Mark (666), No Service!" Very disappointed in this incredibly rude woman operating the store. read more

They have a large selection of books from devotional to all kinds of bibles. They also have a large children's section with cds, toys and books and a little play area for children where they have toys they can play with and a movie for the children to watch super cute and thoughtful so parents have a little bit more freedom to shop. I loved all the things that they have to offer: home decorations, church supplies, CDs, DVDs, posters, books, Bibles, photo frames, gifts, etc. However, the prices were a bit much. I came in to see if I could get any posters for my classroom. I found a couple that I liked - a map of the Middle East and a Fruits of the Spirit poster - but I looked at the back and saw they were $15 each! For just a poster! So I ended up walking out of there with nothing, unfortunately. :( read more

Kind of disappointed in the service at this store. It's the Christmas season and I had come in to do some shopping for my Mom to procure a nativity scene for our home, should've been simple enough. It was my first time at this store and knowing that it is in fact a Christian store I was expecting to be helped upon entering. That didn't happen and at first I didn't mind because there were a handful of people in the store being rung up so I figured I would be intercepted by one of their floor staff instead. I had to circle around the store a few times to find someone before I heard a lady offering some other guest help when the guest declined her assistance she turned, looked right at me, and then walked in the other direction never asking me if I too needed help. I could have just called to her and asked for help but something didn't sit right with me that this woman was *approaching other guests to offer help* and then when it came to me she went the other direction. Anyways I did find the nativity scenes eventually and did settle on something cute and affordable. Of course, I would have very much liked to have had someone tell me the prices of some of the other sets on display as I was budgeting for something pricier and nicer since nativity sets can be pretty expensive. Selah is a good store because it is one of the few Christian stores around, I'm just disappointed that I was ignored especially since some of the good reviews rave about the "exceptional service" some have experienced. read more

I went in a couple of weeks ago and hated it. I needed to get a CD burned but I couldn't find it...when I asked someone she seemed upset that she had to put her phone down to help me, and it seemed like she didn't even know what she was doing. There was one guy in there cleaning, answering the phone, and helping customers while the others were sitting on their phones. I was very annoyed. Definitely finding a new store to go to. read more
