I'll admit, I was pretty nervous going in since I hadn't had a haircut in years. My hair is straight, flat, and typically hard to style, and I was hoping to add some volume and soft curls but wasn't sure what would actually work. Hanh immediately put me at ease with her warm, funny, and welcoming personality. She's genuinely so kind. During the consultation, she really took the time to understand what I wanted and helped refine my ideas into something even better. I walked away feeling confident and excited instead of anxious. I showed her a few inspiration photos, and she didn't just match them--she completely exceeded them. She absolutely nailed the look, even better than I imagined. I rarely write reviews, but this experience truly deserved one. I'll definitely be coming back to her again!

Tristin has been with me through years of big hair changes. She took me from blonde to brunette during pregnancy, and then directly to platinum card blonde, and she is truly the BLONDE QUEEN. I have spent my whole life chasing the perfect icy blonde and never achieved it until her. No unwanted warmth, no weird patches, just flawless, consistent color for 5.5 years straight. I wear extensions too, which adds another layer of skill, and she handles color matching and blending perfectly every time. I just started transitioning back to brunette and even that first in-between appointment looked incredible, which says everything. Beyond her talent, Tristin is kind, funny, flexible, and makes five hour appointments feel easy. After all the time I have spent in her chair, I can confidently say you cannot go wrong booking with her. I would give a million stars if I could.

You know how when you look for a recipe, that there's that story at the very beginning that you…read moreneed to scroll through to eventually get to the end of the story to finally get the recipe? Yea, this is probably one of those. For 20+ years, I never really paid attention to my hair. Sure, I made sure it was washed, neat, and healthy, but I never styled or dyed it. Mainly because I just wanted to grow it long enough to donate every year and to rinse-repeat that cycle. Well, maybe it was a mid-life crisis or the shackles of filial piety were broken, but I finally FINALLY decided to get my hair dyed purple at the end of Dec 2023. I wanted to get this done right, and I did a ton of research and perused the area on a great hairdresser. And, every hair is different and I really was trying to dial in on hairdressers that know how to deal with Asian hair (ha, the past bad basic haircuts at the hands of the inexperienced were sad). Honestly, all of the pictures on Yelp really convinced me to reach out to Christine, and it was such an easy process via Yelp to let her know that I was interested in a cut, dyeing, and some styling. AND, I have sensitive skin and wanted to make sure any type of bleaching process wouldn't affect me, so that was hugely important to me. We got all the logistics figured out, got an appointment scheduled, and was ready to go. On the day of the appointment, I was able to message her to let her know I was in front of the doors so that she could let me in. She was so kind and welcoming! She sat me down, confirmed a few pointers, and started on my hair. Wash, cut, trim, bleach, dye. She was professional through the 4+ hours we were together, where we chatted on a number of different things as she made sure that everything was going to plan at every stage of my hair process. Let me tell you: the final result was AWESOME. Loved my hair; it was exactly what I wanted (the picture does not do it justice). She also provided me information on what specific shampoo/conditioner to use on my hair (definitely take her recommendations: the shampoo and conditioner were really good, as it strongly maintained my purple for over 1.5 years!). I received nothing but compliments about my hair the entire time it was purple for the past 1.5 years. But, it's summer 2025 now, and it was time to cut off at least 12" to let my neck breathe. I reached out to Christine via Yelp again, let her know I was looking for a cut-only, and got an appointment. Same process of messaging her when I was outside the doors, and we quickly chatted about my hair as we walked to her salon. The purple still looked GREAT and I was sad to see most of it go, but I do have plans maybe in the next 6 months for another color. Anyways, we did a quick consult, then wash, and then cut! Final result of a bob/layered was soooo nice and exactly what I was looking for. Hubby could not stop complimenting about it all night when I got home, and I love that there's still a little more purple left to admire. With all of the above, I just want to say that Christine is amazing, talented, and so professional. Her art is very visible in her work, and I've loved my hair any time she has touched it. Hands-down, she's the only hairdresser I'll want to go to, and I wish her continued successes in her business because she deserves it. I'm looking forward to my next cut/dye job with her!

She asked if there's anyone i was impressed with from the reviews that I would like to book I said know just as long this stylist is comfortable with this particular haircut I called her back to set the appointment for today 07/08 @11am she stated Desire will be our stylist As soon as we get there Desire is available and welcome my son and led him back to her chair and I can hear her ask him "ok so what are we doing today" wth?????? RED FLAG #2 I intervened and informed her of my conversation with "Kathy" and showed her the pics and immediately confirm what had told my son that his hair on the lower back of his head was not long enough and so the haircut wont look exactly like the picture but that she would do the "wolf's cut" no problem i asked very clearly if she felt the hat she couldn't do it to just let me know " no harm no foul" we would just leave and she said it wouldn't be a problem I left with my other two kids to get something to eat across the street and 45mins later my son called me to say that he was done I thought that was way to fast considering the helmet of hair he's had might have need it a lot more attention that 45mins So I finally walk over to him and when I seen him I immediately said to I don't see anything different from when he walked in! Same hairstyle same length the only difference was that it did look cleaner I asked her is this it can you at least style it or put product?? She responded that she had removed a lot of volume but his hair need to grow more to achieve that look Wth!!!! So what did I actually pay $60 for ? For her to clean it? What was the purpose of doing all this research and confirming with them before the cut that this was something they can actually do!? I'm in sales and avoid bringing people in just to make the sale if you're not going to give them what they want! Have morals and set real expectations. The only difference from when my son walked in and when we left was less volume and she comb it. I'm still asking my self where is the "wolf's cut" that I paid for!!???? Never got it!

I've spent months growing out my layers, researching hair style images, and looking forward to this appointment to rock a new style. But instead, I left my appointment with face framing layers that were too short and not blended well into the ends. I believe my stylist tried to fix this by thinning the ends which ended up making me look like I have a bob with a long tail. Very upsetting, I've lost the thickness and shape at the ends of my hair which I cared for. I do want to say that when I called, Giovanni's was very responsive in refunding me. But I would much rather have received a hair cut I can be confident in.

I recently got my first haircut in over a year or two, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! My new hairstylist was absolutely amazing. I was a bit nervous at first, but her professional yet warm and welcoming demeanor put me at ease right away. She's a great conversationalist--whether you have something to say or not, she knows how to keep the conversation flowing naturally. As for the haircut, it was perfect! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and explained how I'd like it to look, and she nailed it. She not only captured the exact style I wanted but also tailored it to be low-maintenance, which means I don't have to put much effort into styling my hair every morning. I absolutely love Sejin! She's incredibly easy to talk to and always does an amazing job managing my unruly hair. Before finding her, I bounced between Supercuts and various salons, trying different stylists who could work with men's wavy hair, but none quite matched Sejin's skill. I've been seeing her for two years now, and I honestly wish I'd found her sooner. When I decided to try highlighting my hair, I was pretty nervous, but Sejin immediately put me at ease. I had a fantastic experience getting my haircut with Sejin! She truly understands Asian hair, which can be tricky to get just right, and she nailed it--my cut looks and feels perfect. I've spent months growing out my layers, researching hair style images, and looking forward to this appointment to rock a new style. But instead, I left my appointment with face framing layers that were too short and not blended well into the ends. I believe my stylist tried to fix this by thinning the ends which ended up making me look like I have a bob with a long tail. Very upsetting, I've lost the thickness and shape at the ends of my hair which I cared for. I do want to say that when I called, Giovanni's was very responsive in refunding me. But I would much rather have received a hair cut I can be confident in.
