Nataliya immediately put me at ease! She was kind, patient, and gentle throughout the entire cleaning process. I had my consultation with both Dr. Gonzalez and Liliana. They were so kind and helpful when I explained what had happened and quickly started brainstorming solutions. My consultation was quick and included some photos and x-rays. Dr. Gonzalez broke down my options and once I agreed to a treatment plan he began my procedure! I canceled my upcoming appointments with Gonzalez dental group. Overall, I feel that this dentist may be taking advantage of people. I had mentioned I had not been to the dentist in three years, and I believe this is why he felt he could subject me to unnecessary fillings. I feel sick to my stomach that I almost allowed this person to permanently alter my body unnecessarily. I'm not sure if maybe he just has a different style of dentistry and takes an aggressive approach, but it does seem exploitative. I will say that the office staff and hygienists were extremely nice and professional, keeping me updated via text and sending information via email when requested. That is the only nice thing I have to say. Please be cautious and seek a second opinion before having any major work done.

Mitch is very attentive and spends time explaining everything to you. He thought that I might have sleep apnea, and I did the associated testing. Sure enough my oxygen levels were falling to dangerously low levels at night. He made a sleep guard/appliance that eliminated my snoring, reduced restless sleeping and got my oxygen levels back to normal. She repeatedly said, "we'll take good care of you here." I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Setareh the same day, within minutes of me walking through the door. The wait was short lived, with only a few minutes in the waiting room before I was taken into a room to get x-rays. Kimberly was gentle and kind. She always let me know what every different technique of x-rays were for and what was next. Within minutes, I was introduced to Dr. Satareh, who I realized was my dentist, many years prior. She immediately began by explaining her findings from my x-rays and what the most important issues were and which ones to take care of first and why. Through the steps of the procedures, she always asked if I was comfortable and she asked if I was experiencing any pain. She was concerned with my comfort, always. She was gentle and thorough, explaining the procedures and what she would be doing next. I didn't catch Dr Satereh's assistant's name, but she was as professional as any other doctor.
