He also embraces new technology, which is why I'm sporting a 3D printed denture for my upper arch of teeth. He crafted it himself, and did an amazing job. The fit is almost perfect. He suspects that with the 3D technology it's likely to be a better fit than a traditional lab-crafted denture. It's a challenge to go from natural teeth to a denture, but Dr. Ly has helped the process be as smooth as possible. There's still a long path in my dental restoration, but I'm glad to have Dr. Ly and his practice to help me through the process.

For me this is the case, until I found Dr. Ly. I needed significant work done on my four front teeth to have crowns placed, which felt daunting given my past negative dental experiences. Trusting someone with such an important procedure was nerve-wracking, but Dr. Ly's patience and attentiveness put me at ease. He listened carefully to my concerns and worked meticulously with his lab to ensure the color and shape of the crowns were perfect, making sure I was completely satisfied with the final results. On the day of cementing the actual crowns, Dr. Ly made sure to constantly check in to make sure I wasn't in any pain. He has a very calming presence and incredible bedside manner, making the experience feel comfortable and reassuring. His attention to detail and patient-centered approach put me at ease throughout the entire process, making what could have been a stressful procedure a surprisingly pleasant one. I couldn't be happier with the results and have received countless compliments from both friends and strangers. This experience has truly transformed my life, changing not only my smile but also how I carry myself in everyday interactions. Jennifer and Teresa up front are super sweet, funny, and really helpful. Erica is my favorite hygienist! Gentle, sweet, and always gives me great advice on how to take care of my teeth. Dr Eric is also really sweet and was very informative and same with Dr. Bankhardt, obviously! He looked at my teeth, looked at my previous X-Rays, and then came back to look at them again just to make sure everything was good to go! At most dental offices I feel like you don't see the Dr until the end and he basically just "double checks" the hygienists work, but I don't feel that way here. They also have 6:10pm appointments on Tuesday's which works great for my work schedule! They are also super fast. I came in for a cleaning and was out within less than an hour. With dentists in the past I've always questioned whether they had my best interest at heart. But with Dr. Lindbergh I get a sense of security when it comes to treating my teeth. He gave me great options regarding a toothache in the back of the mouth. We consulted several times and reviewed our X-rays and scans multiple times before I committed to an implant. This was my first implant so I was a bit concerned. It couldn't have gone any smoother. All I can say is that I constantly forget that I have an implant in the back of the mouth. Very honest dentist, never try to sell you more than what you need.

I don't know if the guy working the front office heard me or didn't hear me when I said not to discuss any treatment plan with her because she will immediately say that she's not gonna do it. I made the appointment for today, brought my mother-in-law in and the guy upfront wouldn't allow me to go into the back to even meet the dentist which I found strange but OK. And then he called me in the back to discuss the treatment plan right in front of my mother-in-law. And then he started telling us about how he's got power of attorney over his mother so he understands. He doesn't understand. I asked him not to discuss the treatment with her and he went ahead and did it anyway then he told me he didn't like where this was headed so he sent me the x-rays that they did today and I'll find another dentist when you're dealing with older people that have dementia you can't assume that you can discuss things with them. He asked me for the power of attorney. I sent it to him immediately, he should've discussed everything with me out of air shot of my mother-in-law. He's in the business of making people feel good unfortunately he did the exact opposite. He sent my mother-in-law back about six months. It took me an hour to calm her down enough to where I could get her out of the car and back into her assisted living and she's still freaking out. What a really crappy way to handle your business. OK, I'm ready for your reply to tell me how you did everything perfect.

However, I have had repeated issues with the office manager that have made my visits frustrating. I regularly receive reminder texts and calls confirming my appointments. But when I arrive, I am often told that they do not have proper authorization from my insurance and am asked to wait. This should have been verified in advance before confirming my appointment. During my last visit, instead of helping resolve the issue, the office manager kept taking outside calls one after another. I even told her that if she was busy, I would be happy to reschedule, but instead of handling the situation professionally, she spoke to me in a very unprofessional and confrontational way. There are many dental offices in this area, but I continue to come because the dentist is excellent. However, I am concerned that because of the poor customer service from the office manager, patients may choose to go elsewhere, and the practice could lose customers.

I hope some people training can come of this to the office staff, especially the office lead, Stephanie. People notice when you're being condescending, insincere and oafish. I may be wrong, it may have been Maria, the office manager. But that team of two and how they lead from the top down, leaves a lot on the table to be desired. I felt like I was in HS trying to communicate with the lowest of integrity. Treat people with respect and be sincere, and humble. It will go a long way. Dr. Ko can do a lot better on her own - those two or three staff weigh her down. Lastly, there was one other young lady who had great character, smoked slot, being pleasant - they can learn from her. I recommend Dr. Ko follow the Hippocratic Oath and leave First Street Dental - You're reputation is much more valuable. Dr. Ko, you had such Class, poise, intelligence - just nice to be around. You are different. The rest of the staff I have described will not even get it and understand what I am saying. They don't have that capability. Get away from that rotten crew - "Do Not be misled.
