I asked for a part and he went on a rant that the other guy wasn't there due to a few unfortunate injuries overseas. Asked when he would be back and man rambled on saying he had no clue. Asked if I could leave my name and number because I live in Copperas Cove and he told me no. Turned around to walk out and he then told me to grab a card and call. Said I would order it online. So basically no customer service and was rude. Had a simple question and couldn't even get a response. Will never go back and wont recommend to anyone.

Spane is a stand up guy an very professional. He has done multiple minor repairs and change of ownership transaction's. Very knowledgeable in his field. All my appointments have been on time and always completed by the day promised. And in some cases done earlier then promised. I Highly recommend SEI ARMAMENTS for your firearm needs. He has also provided me Materials at prices lower then the big stores and popular internet web sites that focus on the firearm enthusiast. Trust me you can't go wrong. L S B read more

I don't know of anybody that steps up to fix a problem on even a new gun, much less a used one. Any place I've ever purchased a firearm would just tell me to contact the manufacturer. But Mr.X gives a 30 day coverage, even on used. They took this revolver back and fixed it at no cost to me. The whole process was smooth and painless. That is customer service that is sooo rare these days. I might add, when I bought this gun, the price was excellent. Will certainly be a return customer.
