My circumstances have changed and I decided to purchase a used car this time. I took a look at what they had on the lot, didn't really see anything that fit my needs. That evening I saw a car that seemed like it would work for me. I reached out to Chris and test drove it. We went back and forth and I thought I should wait. Chris kept texting me about the car. I had a friend look. I was assured it would work for me, it was in excellent condition, etc. I purchased the car, paid cash, but left it at the lot for almost a month until I turned in my other car. I wanted to talk to the local dealership in case the engine needed replaced as part of the settlement. So I stopped by Riverside to talk to the service department. Not only was the 20 year old at the service desk dumber than a box of hammers, she acted like I was stupid because she didn't know what I was talking about. Customer Service at it's finest. If I end up buying the Jeep I might have to take it to Green Bay for service.
