Changed the oil and refilled to correct level but that did not clear the light. Started to stress - pretty sure it was the sender, but oil pressure is not something to screw around with. Called all over town but no one could get me in for 2 weeks or more. I was considering changing the switch myself, but it would be tough without a lift. Stopped at RSI because it was the closest place to my house, and they were able to squeeze me in. It was the sensor and they replaced it after hooking up a gage to verify oil pressure was good. Great, professional, friendly service, great dog in the office and work done fast at a reasonable price - job was done by lunch. Highly recommended.

They ordered the part and called me the next day to let me know the part was in and that I could stop in again whenever it was convenient. They even covered the cost for everything since they had just changed my oil less than a month ago and may/may not have contributed to the issue. Shoutout to Isaiah in particular who took care of this Knowing close to absolutely nothing about vehicles, I have always felt very well taken care of there. We had a great experience when we went ban shopping last week!…read more We went in during a huge sale. It was a zoo to say the least. Totally expected that. We looked around the lot for a while, and has our eye on a Dodge Journey. Went in and at first it took a bit to talk to someone. It was a sale event though so not surprising and it was fine really. After a bit we were approached first by an assistant (I think) who was going to find us someone to work with and then by Carrie. She was definitely a great sales person! She talked to us first, found out a bit about or family and needs, and we looked at a couple of options for the Journey. We did a test drive and in the conversation we realized that as much as we loved it, a Grand Caravan was what we needed. We talked about what options we liked and what we needed and she brought up one to test out. We took it for a spin and found it to be a great vehicle at a decent price. We knew what we could afford and she was able to get it down to a payment we could work with. We signed the paperwork and about an hour after closing time we were on our way. Being late we forgot to ask a few things so I sent her a follow up email - and she got back to me right away with answers. It was truly a great experience and I highly recommend talking to Carrie. She took the time to get us in the right vehicle for us and we are very happy with it.
