As a medical provider, these symptoms are highly consistent with food poisoning. I also noticed the food tasted off and stopped eating early, while the others continued and became ill shortly after. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid eating here.

The Scholderer is warm and cozy and we felt at home here. Our server was super nice and warm-- we could tell the other customers felt the same way. We drank the local beer and also enjoyed the local schnapps after dinner. I ordered a US Hamburger which was a-mazing. Probably one of the better hamburgers I have ever had in my life-- sehr lecker! I also fell in the love with the decor-- there are lots of funny signs about drinking. They also had some lovely lit shadowboxes with vintage skiing pins. By the front door was a local man eating dinner with his well-behaved dog at his feet. If we are ever in Garmisch again, we will for sure revisit the Schloderer! Since the only table outside was still dirty we walked inside to try and find someone to see if it was still occupied. The waitress walked by us so fast without asking if we needed help that i thought she was actually a patron. We followed her outside and saw she was really a waitress and asked if we could sit in the corner. So we helped her clear the table from the previous guests and then she disappeared. 5 minutes later she returned and all she could say was "What do you want". really??? how about a freaking menu?!?! When we asked she then told us they were not serving food anymore that night.... on a friday night.... Gee, thanks for telling us 15 minutes ago. Would NOT recommend and will NOT return. Its called 50/50 for a reason! Its a tossup on whether it is worth it or not!
