I've never been to this location, I occasionally visit the store at RP. I saw their Easter collection and knew I had to grab some items for gifts. Plenty of parking out front. I had my two kids upon entry we were greeted by the sweet lady who approached us with 3 chocolate samples and gave each of us one! It was so rich and delicious! When I was younger we used to visit See's Candies and stock up on their lollipops. My favorites are the chocolate and latte flavor. This place was well stocked, so organized and very spacious. The staff is so friendly they offered so many samples I had to decline only because I didn't want to load my kids up with all the sugar before lunch but everything we sampled were delicious! There's really a gift for everyone here. They showcased gift ideas. The Easter chocolate collection containers were so cute and I loved that it came in a combo; lollipops, chocolate and jelly beans. They had reusable bags and Easter baskets, so many to choose from. See's chocolate offers a vast variety of chocolates; rich, creamy, soft, nutty, caramel and more. I've been coming here since I was a little girl. Walking in you can smell the chocolate in the air and I'm instantly in heaven. They have premade boxes of nuts and chews, milk chocolate, dark chocolate and Carmel's. They also sell little boxes for the kids with lollipops, jelly beans and some chocolates in it too. If you want you can create your own box too. I like to do that when they're not so busy. If you're coming during the holidays be prepared for a long wait. I suggest coming in the evening it's less packed The employees are always really kind and welcoming. They hook it up with free samples all the time. My first time inside a See's Candies store to use a gift card I got years ago. I'm terrible with gift cards. Im familiar with See's but only as a child with school fundraisers. Luckily, I had enough for a full box of chocolate! I think I had a $25 gift card. You get more bang for your buck by choosing a box that's already packaged... but I wanted to taste the quality of See's, so I opted to choose the wide variety of chocolates on display. The workers behind the counter were efficient and that made me a bit nervous. All the customers already knew what to order and I had questions, lol. Luckily, the worker who helped me out was kind enough to explain that they charged by weight/lb of the chocolate. He was patient and very helpful! Once I got in the car, I thought let me try just one piece. We couldn't stop at one. Now I understand the hype of See's Candies. We loved the chocolates finished them within a couple days. So we came in and look for the box of the lolly pops. I got the 30 with different flavors to make everyone happy. I recommend the Truffles if you want to try something more basic or the Peanut Brittle if you want something crunchy. Don't offer a "service" you can't deliver on...that's the fastest way to lose a longtime customer. See's promotes that you can order fast and easy online and pickup in store. Thirty-six hours after placing my order I still haven't received an email letting me know when my order will be ready. The customer service reps on the 800 line can offer no help and just tell you to wait for an email. No one answers the phone at the store. The lines at the store are around the building and they don't have an option for pre-placed orders. I did something else and am cancelling the order. Take a page out of Target's playbook Warren Buffett and learn how real curbside service should be done! read more

Occasionally, my daughter and I will stop at See's for a special treat and each get a small bag of a handful of our favorite candies. About a month or 2 ago we went, and when we got home I realized they had given me the wrong pieces. Fast forward to today. I went to get a couple boxes as gifts and a couple of pieces for myself. I had the most unpleasant experience there. The staff was rude; the line system was unclear (not just to me, but to almost every customer who came in while I was there) and while they had 6 feet between each person front to back, there was no space between the people in the 2 separate lines; they had lost several customers prepaid online orders which made the line even slower; the couple of pieces I ate today seemed stale; and it was a really long wait time. I realize it's the holidays, but between this and the last visit I'm done. Their candy is a bit expensive to not get it right. It's not really my kind of place, but my nephew was dying to take his parents and friends some souvenier candy from America, so in we went. I have to note here that this kid doesn't speak all that much English, but he was 15, very independent, and didn't want to rely on Aunt Kelly to help him with his shopping. He originally wanted me to wait in the car, but I wasn't having any of that. The clerk was incredibly kind and helpful to my nephew,. She patiently showed him several tins of candies that wouldn't get squished in his suitcase, and gave him samples of everything he pointed to (which was a god-awful lot). When the last purchase was tallied, it turned out that he was about $10 short. At this point I faded into the background, thinking that since he didn't want me there in the first place he could deal with this himself. The clerk took it all in stride, and helped him substitute cheaper tins so his purchase fell within his $40 budget. We emerged from the store about 30 minutes later, with my nephew's smiling mouth ringed in chocolate, quite pleased that he'd been able to navigate this American shopping experience without the help of his boring, old Aunt Kelly. I absolutely love this chocolate shop. It's one of my favorites. The best product is the Victoria toffee. This stuff is amazing and highly addictive. I recommend going to Costco and buying gift cards at the Costco discounted price. You get way better savings on quality sweets. If you don't, and you qualify for their sweet savings discount, you'll still have some good savings. I really wished they made chocolate covered Carmel apples with almonds.
