The cost for the diagnosis was $224.19. The estimate to return & change out the malfunctioning dampener was $836.05. This would have been a total charge of $1,060.24 to replace a faulty $200.00 dampener. Our regular HVAC tech recovered, stopped & replaced the dampener for a total of $385.00. This included re-diagnosing the problem, parts & labor. Problem solved. I would never use Carl Volkman & sons HVAC LLC again. Their prices are exorbitant & unfair.

We had been using a different company for over 12 years at our home. For years we had HVAC problems, poor air quality, unusually high unit usage and breakage. For years, our entire family suffered from severe respiritory issues and sinus infections. We invited Rob and his crew at All Air Solutions to get a second opinion. BEST decision ever. Within a few minutes, Rob was able to identify serious issues, perplexing issues, shotty craftsmanship and potential hazards that were present in our attic and entire HVAC system. In 5 minutes, Rob was able to diagnose what the other company couldn't in 12 years. Rob educated our family on what was happening, and how to improve the efficiency of our system and mainatain safe, quality indoor air. He assembled a team of trusted professionals to accomplish this goal. While other companies have bracnched out into HVAC, plumbing, elctrical...handyman... It has clearly diluted skill sets. All Air Solutions does one thing, and they do it better than anyone! More importantly, Rob and everyone on his crew is professional, courteous and hard-working. Every worker showed up EVERY day! They never stopped working! We are already breathing better and finally have the same temperature in every room! No more space heaters or fans or separate units. A huge thank you to Rob, Ryan, Brady and Amanda. Amazing crew! Thank you so much. :) I highly reccommend without any reservation ALL Air Solutions. The name says it ALL!

On the first cold day this winter he claims the heater is all rusted out in the exchanger and has to be replaced, along with the entire system because a new heater can't work with an old air conditioner. Our neighbor suggested we call their guy. He's been in business for 30 years. Needless to say, the heater was not rusted he showed me the unit was very dirty, the fan motor and wheel were clogged with dirt and there were two dead birds in the chimney. The outside air conditioner was only 10 years old. I'm convinced SK had never done anything other than collect their fee and try to sell stuff we didn't want or need.
