Disappointing Customer Service Experience…read more I was craving jerk chicken yesterday, 08/19/2026, so I stopped by Chef Tally and ordered a large jerk chicken and jerk pork to share with my brother. I asked the cashier if the meat could be split between two containers. She explained that I needed to purchase an additional plate, which I did, and told me to ask the person cutting the meat if he could place half of the order in the plate I purchased. When I asked him, his response was a very loud and aggressive "NO!" He cut me off twice and spoke to me in a way that I felt was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. I wasn't being difficult or demanding--I was simply following the instructions given to me by the cashier. I calmly said "okay" and walked away because I wasn't interested in arguing. Unfortunately, customer service matters just as much as the food. Based on this experience, I personally will not be returning to or supporting Chef Tally. I hope management takes situations like this seriously because customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect.
